The quality of the sushi and sashimi was OK but hardly much better than average. Apart from the usual tuna-salmon-"white fish"-shrimp they offered scallops (OK), sea urchin roe (preserved...) and Olhete (Seriola/Amberjack), which they didn't have on that evening. The Tucunaré (Peacock Bass) was arranged in a pretty dish looking more like a desert which was drowned in some sauce and hence hardly appreciable by itself. I would have expected more freshwater fish since all the sea fish obviously has to be imported from the coast. As a visitor to Manaus this experience is not worthwhile.

Food is really good, it's probably one of the cheapest you'll find, the only problem is the place itself, which was built in the middle of a parking lot and they just put tables around. If you like shrimp try the hot butterfly!Thank you so much for your rating. Please come visit us again soon.

Finalmente encontrei o Suysei. A melhor e mais tradicional comida japonesa em Manaus. Após muitas decepções em outros estabelecimentos, tive a benção e sorte dele conhecer esse restaurante. Tudo feito com muito carinho, higiene e tradição. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Tradição e qualidades em um mesmo lugar : Suysei. Preço justo! Voltarei!!!

Very small Japanese restaurant but with a lot of amazing and delicious Japanese stylish food.The Manager is very attentive and kind. She did everything to make our diner a superb one.Definitely I would be back there.
