We have passed this restaurant many times meaning to stop, so tonight we did, first impressions were very canteen looking, lots of tables not laid properly and not looking inviting, the service was good but not keen on waiters âhoveringâ, the food was very average. Probably wouldnât return.

Visit this place on every occasion when in Cala Murada. It has the benefit of the best location in town. The background noise of the waves as the day comes to a close makes it a great place to eat in the evening or a place to visit for a late evening drink. Viv & her crew are professionals who work hard to ensure that the superb location is matched with great service & food.

We had lunch at SaLlotja and were immediately addicted . A great location overlooking the marina of Cala Dor . Nicely designed and decorated with beautiful works of contemporary Spanish art ( some nice works by Amador and Broto ) . The terrace is spacious . And the food ! Good variety of interesting dishes that you donât find in every restaurant around the corner . We were delighted with the Frito of Chipirones and the Croquetas with ham , foie and apple Gelatine . The small Mediterranean soles are a real treat . Delicious !

We went out for a meal one of the nights as it was nearly our anniversary and we went to this restaurant. The steak was the best Iâve ever tasted and my husband and brother in law had gammon steaks which they said were very tasty. The service and staff were very good. We went every morning and sat drinking coffees and Red Bull whilst reading the newspapers.

This place was recommended, but unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. Mainly German diners and we did feel a bit neglected for other diners. There is an English menu and the food was ok. I had pork, which was very slightly over cooked. Wine was ok but all quite pricey. Setting is very nice and there was live music. Not for me and I wouldn't return.

Booked a table for the evening.....didn't cross our minds no menu outside to look at .When we came in the evening,drinks were ordered and brought to the table .We waited ........after about 10 minutes I asked was there a menu or was it buffet only ?Only then did the guy explain it was a tapas style buffet,â¬3.50 per tapas ,â¬9 for a large plate or â¬14 for second plate.No prices anywhere and I do believe if I had not asked,we could have sat their all night in front of our drinks (We ordered large bottles of sparkling water -which turned up as â¬1 bottles from the local supermarket-classy !! The kids ordered Coke,this was flat .This, along with the fact that although tables were full,no one was talking or looking happy should have sent out some signals to leave at this point.Mindful the buffet was tapas food,nothing was labelled and in most cases unidentifiable.People were walking up to the buffet and hesitating to put any food on their plates.Food was not replaced or replaced very slowly.Anything that was a meat dish was difficult to establish what type of meat was in it .We returned to our table with a disappointing selection of ,in some cases,unidentifiable foods.I do not think this is a place where children under 15 would find it easy to fill their plate unless they chose chips,boiled pasta or meatballs in a tomato pasta.If you are not going to label your foods,then at least talk through each dish with your customers and when they sit down,explain it is a buffet only.Get better quality non alcoholic drinks in.Best friend of the waiter I fired last month. Itâs a decent bar where you can enjoy a drink and some cocktails we had pizza and chips and honestly the pizza isnât the greatest very thin base and the toppings not that great either but the second visit we just had couple drinks and all of us seemed to enjoy the music and atmosphere

This looks like a nice place, dont be fooled They say all tables are booked, they arnt- they make out they are to select the bigger parties to serve. We "booked" a table and went, they didnt even have a booking list! The food was disgusting! We ordered the fruit de mare pizzas, described as crab, tuna, prawn, mucles on a pizza, what arrived was a tin of tuna dumped on a margarita, with prawns (still in the shell!!!!) On the pizza, and not crab, but sea food sticks cut up in top of it!!! It was vile!!! The service was non existent and didnt come round you had to grab them to order drinks or food. One said oh didnt you like you food as all of it was left and we said no it was disgusting, the waiter shrugged and walked off. Whilst you are eating you are surrounded by flys! It's also extremely expensive, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! it may look like the nicer restaurant out there but after eating in all of them it was the worst!
