TRAVELLING ALONE & WITH FAMILY Are you planning a weekend-trip to Wrocław? We offer comfortable 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-bed- rooms with bathrooms. You will find us in the very centre of Wrocław. No matter if you are coming by train, plane or bus, you will reach us easily thanks to the good public transport connections. If you are travelling by car, you can use our parking space. The soundproof windows and thick walls will let you sleep undisturbed. Our restaurant offers delicious breakfast, so you can set off to discover Wrocław with a lot of energy. The Old Town Square and other beautiful areas are located within a walking distance. You will reach the National Forum of Music (concert hall) in two minutes and you can enjoy a performance in the nearby Wrocław Opera or have dinner in one of the restaurants around the White Stork Synagogue.

Reviewed By mark697Stayed for 3 nights in the Kamienica Pod Aniolami- 1-2-3rd of December, The location of the Hotel is good, please read my full review, Arrival/check in, we were greeted by a young gentleman on reception and given our room cards, i explained i wanted to pay my bill in cash-Euro but he did not know how to do this transaction and asked could i pay the next day when there was a more experienced staff member on which was not a problem Going out that night i asked the guy for directions to Setka Bar which i knew was near by but he said he never heard of it, it turned out it was right next to the hotel? I booked through Booking.Com and the price was 130 euro yet the next day when i went to pay the receptionist asked for 140 Euro? The Room- the room is of average size, two single beds pushed together as a double, the beds are very low and not very comfortable, the pillows are flat and terrible- need to be replaced There is NO dressing table or full length mirror in the bedroom in which my wife was not impressed- ie trying to put on make up etc. The room has no safe, no tea and coffee facilities , only 3 hangers in the wardrobe for two people to use. Bathroom/wet room is of a reasonable size, cleanliness was good, the toiletries are of very poor quality, the towels need to be thrown out and replaced, they were hard and ripped around the edging, good water pressure in the shower. Cleaning- the cleaning ladies do not clean, they quickly replace the toiletries and towels and that is it. The day of check out, the lady on reception allowed us leave our luggage as we not been picked up until 1515 and our check out time was 11am, we went into the city and returned at 1440, we asked at reception could we buy some coffee from the restaurant and we were told no , there were staff in th erestaurant setting up tables etc, Would i stay here again- No- room was poor, cheap toiletries, staff not very friendly , poor quality towels and i forgot to mention that the rooms are not very warm either at night or early mornings.

From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by the amazing hosts/owners and shown to our room. The building is phenomenal inside and out decorated in a stunning mountain-style throughout. We booked the family room and again were blown away with the comfort and style. The balcony offered a peaceful view of the surrounding forest and also mountains! We booked breakfast and we're so glad we did. From fresh bread to a selection of cheese, yogurt and a hot plate with eggs and bacon it was the perfect start. I've stayed many times in Zakopane and always struggle to find the perfect balance of relaxation and location but the Magnat has it all. The hosts have everything right about this place and the service is the best I've experienced living in Poland for 5 years. Keep up the great work both and I can't wait to come back!

Bad service/ good hotel
Reviewed By KukenanWhen we arrived to hotel, the front desk employee,Kate, never told us tha the A/C was not working in all the hotel. When i consult her about the problem (she already charged me full amount), she told me that manager will arrive in the evening. I went in that night and the lady on shift was not a manager, she told us that Kate is a front desk manager. I wanted a disscount as we were 30C the first night and we paid full price to get full service. They just offered 20%disscount on their restaurant. If Kate would mention that the A/C in the hotel was not working from the moment we arrived all would be different. Never hear anything back from them so is not good service. The hotel does not have elevator. The breakfast was good. Tasty. The room is cozy. Nice bed. Is located in a good area near bus/tram stop.

Reviewed By Libor NOur group of bikers stayed at this guest house just last week. We were there really very satisfied. The rooms are quite small, but cozy, very clean and fragrant, with peace and quiet everywhere. Receptionist very kind and helpful with positive "can do attitude". It is very important for bikers to find a safe parking, which Dom sw. Szymona definitely meets. We parked in a locked yard right under the windows of our rooms. The house is right next to Wawel approx.10 minutes from the main gate, and 15 minute calm walk to the city center. The tram stop is about 100 m from the house. There are many good restaurants nearby. We were happy here, so we highly recommend this accommodation not only to bikers!

A solid place to stay
Reviewed By 187duncI stayed here for two nights. Its not the easiest of places to find, by that i mean when you're driving down the road, you're not really expecting a restaurant front. Also the driveway to the car park at the rear is a little hidden. But bar that, the room was of a very big and good size. The breakfast was ok, plenty of options given the size of the hotel.

Reviewed By bo552019Pretty hotel with handy facilities. A bit far from Zakopane but that might actually be a plus. You can pay by card. Staff were helpful. Hotel was full at the time, so there was a slight problem finding space in a fridge.
