Nice hotel
Reviewed By kaya47Check in was smooth and friendly, we were able to get into our room at noon instead of 3pm. Rooms are big, clean and modern. View is great, you get a chip watch and you enter everywhere and pay for everything with it. Downside is there are no shops nearby, so you rely on Minibar fridge. We also weren’t able to get breakfast anywhere as Aqua land only opened at 10am. There is cool place next door with bars, watersports and kids stuff, but you have to pay 100kc a day entrance.

Reviewed By Maria TOnly booked this for one night as my first choice pension was booked for that night. I had read reviews that it was difficult to locate using Sat Nav - we had no problem (as well as the street number my sat nav offered me further numbers and I randomly chose the top one offered which was 85 - and as it turned out that number was also written on the hotel door and it worked). First impressions were not favourable as it is situated in a large housing estate and I immediately had concerns about safety. My fears were unfounded. The reception are was bright, clean and modern. The receptionist spoke good English and explained clearly everything we needed to know. The hotel room surpassed my expectations greatly - spotlessly clean, bright, well maintained, comfortable and well equipped. Good wi fi from the room - free. Breakfast - a good choice of food and drink available. Exceptional value for money. Will be returning.

Dies ist eine kleine Pension mit einem öffentlichen Kaffee, welches sehr gut besucht ist. Es hat einen Garten mit Pool. Im Garten befinden sich auch die Aussenplätze des Cafés. Alle sprechen englisch. Jedes Zimmer hat auch einen kleinen Weinkeller. Es gibt auch eine Küche, die benutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet

Reviewed By MiamiMannyThis is not to be confused with the hotel of the same name. Both are fantastic. You will have to check in at the hotel and then make your way to the apartments.. They are spacious clean with a small kitchenette and a shared big kitchen at the end of hall. It's a little bit of a walk to center, but not bad at all and you can go a few different ways making nice to explore. If your hesitant about this place, don't be.. It's perfectly fine and will fit any bill... Besides you're here to drink wine and see the town. So get out

We offer comfortable accommodation in four apartments with a total capacity of 14 persons. Svatovaclavske apartments are great for wine tastings, but also for all who want to enjoy South Moravia in full glory for the long weekend or holiday.

Excellent pension!!
Reviewed By Vlasis AOne of the best places I have ever stayed! Very welcome people, beautiful apartments and delicious food! The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom really clean! The garden is very nice with a small lake and even mini golf! I would definitely recommend this pension to everyone!

Reviewed By sajferWe spent here 2 nights. The staff was very nice. The bed was good. The room was big. There were curtains but not for a shade. Our room was with a view on the street so in the morning it was the noise from a road. Nothing especial but comfortable for a few nights.
