Next to the train station in Strangnas, slightly hidden, but thatâs good. Amazing views out over the lake and strangnasThe food is real home made Swedish food. No frills but best food weâve eaten in SWEDEN. Everything included. Usual starter, amazing home made mains, and coffe/ ice cream. All for about â¬10 per head.The owner is s very interesting person! Jovial and full of chat.All in all a great experience, while just having a spot of lunch.....Will do the other restaurants in strangnas as well during the week.

We stopped by for dinner and discovered a lovely place: friendly welcome and truly delicious food. Especially the Tunisian rice (Djerba style) was just amazingly good! And to end with a mint tea on the sunny and calm terrace... what a lovely moment there! We definitely recommend it.

One of the few places where experience home made food has turned into a typical, average place. I invited my family for a lunch last friday and we found ourselves eating basic, probably micro waved food, the same stuff you can find in any medium level restaurant here. It's disappointing since this has always been my first choice in the area for years. A pork schnitzel with can peas floating in water and badly cooked potatoes, and pancakes for my daughter, sooo perfectly roundish that even she (8 years..) was surprised. People go to restaurant to eat something very good, made right there, right then in a nice environment: here you'll find just the latter.

Absolutely lovely place to visit to eat in the garden or one of the small private green houses. Extremely forthcoming and good service. The shop is disappointment and mainly sell tomatoes.
