we went to stary browar in july, my polish wife is from gliwice so we no all the best restaurants to visit, stary browar translated means old brewery, it is built on the site of an old brewery, there are old pictures on the walls showing it as it was when it was once a brewery. this restaurant gives fantastic value for your money, the food is simply fantastic, weather you are going for lunch, a evening meal or special occastion, there is a fantastic range of choice on the menu to suit all tastes, we had the potatoe pancakes with pork and an amazing fresh pepper sauce, the taste was totally out of this world and very filling. also the drinks selection is amazing too weather it be beer, wine or spirits, i would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting gliwice, dont just take my world, visit stary browar youself and you wont be dissapointed.
