La Bohemia is a small restaurant in Guanajuato's main plaza, the Jardín de la Unión, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week. It also offers Delivery.
The restaurant offers several breakfast items including omelets, chilaquiles, cereal and a refreshing fruit plate. The fruit plate was good, but a bit expensive at $35 pesos.
Lunch and dinner choices include hamburgers, various sandwiches, enchiladas, quesadillas, steaks, fish fillets, milanesa (breaded beef or chicken cutlets), and stuffed chicken breast. There are also several appetizers, soups, salads and desserts from which to choose.
Besides the lunch and dinner choices on the menu, the restaurant offers a meal of the day ($55 pesos), which includes your choice of two soups, your choice of two entrees, rice, salad, bolillos and a fruit drink (agua fresca). The owner has about 50 dishes that he plans to rotate for the meal of the day.
The restaurant serves coffee, tea, soft drinks, agua fresca (water blended with various fruits like melon, pineapple and guava) and a variety of alcoholic drinks.
The milanesa de pollo (breaded chicken cutlet) was cooked perfectly and not greasy. It was accompanied by a mound of rice/mixed vegetables, a small salad (really a garnish) of shredded lettuce and a few tomato and cucumber slices, and bolillos. The dish was attractively presented and delicious. The drizzle of dressing on the salad tasted freshly-made. A good meal for $55 pesos (not including drinks).
The service is good and fast. There are only ten tables, so you may have to wait during peak times.
Prices are about the same, or even a bit lower, than other restaurants in the downtown area.
The owner told me the restaurant will soon have menus in both Spanish and English as well as new, more comfortable chairs.

The statue of Christ is gigantic.. The statue is beautifully placed on high mountain.. You can see it from 10km as well.. The facility lacks in just one thing that is parking.. We were waiting in que for around 2 hours for parking.. But it's must to visit when you are around Guanajuato..

The restaurant is close to downtown Silao and about 40 mins to Leon, is at the highway towards Airport-Leon. The variety is good eggs, meat, yogur, milk, cereal and the best is the tortillas and sweet bread they cook them at that moment, so are delicious, there's orange juice (no natural) and natural juice, green juice delicious too. The staff is very kind specially the waitress. The price is very good too $70 mexican pesos something like 5 usd per person. Highly recommended, They served until 6:00 pm the breakfast is until 1:00 pm

Mi esposo compro de los dos tipos de pollos, la carne suave pero nada de sabor , la salsa sabe mas rica que el pollo, ademas su precio es elevado para que no valga la pena, necesitan mejorar muchisimo.

I was hesitant after Reading some reviews here, but not to worry. This Applebee's is just what one expects: tasty comfort food served quickly. I ordered the lunch special and everything arrived promptly. The chicken tortilla soup was good, if not really Mexican, and the Sirloin Stir Fry was delicious and filling. Free parking.

The owner-waiter showed great patience and enthusiasm with us with our lack of knowing Spanish. They offer many options of Mexican and imported beers. My friend wanted seafood and I wanted chicken and he recommended his favorite in each category. We were both very happy with his suggestions. I would definely return when in the area.
