Outside the city of Sesto towards the hills, Ulivo Rosso is one of the nicest places to run away from the Italian hot summery temperatures. In the middle of the country side, surrounded by olive trees, the food is excellent as well as the service.
Do not miss the chance to enjoy their fish soup, or the deep fried calamari with veggies! Pizza is also very good.

I had a couple of dinners at AqAbA and always was happy with the service and food.The restaurant is located in a little park and during summer time I recommend to sit outside. Inside the Restaurant, I recommend to sit downstairs as lighting and atmosphere is nicer and some times larger groups are placed upstairs. Food is not excellent but good and together with the very good service and the great locatioin, I strongly recommend this place.

The restaurant is in a small group of houses in an industrial area in Florence suburbs; furniture and interiors are recalling 80s, with a strange effect of "old modern"; as soon as we entered, some fish smell making you wonder if this is the right place...
After the first -non positive- impact, the situation has been quickly improving with excellent fish appetizers, both the ones we selected (ventaglio di carpacci and carpaccio of swordfish with orange sauce) and the ones being served to other guests.
Very good also the first dishes, the dessert, and the fresh Friuli Traminer we selected.
Overall, an excellent dinner; some adjustments to the look would help to furtherly improve the rating

We ate here on 6/5/15 just after arriving at our villa in Sesto Fiorentino. We ordered stuffed squash blossoms and several other appetizers. Squash blossoms were delicious. For my second dish I had the pasta with shaved truffles. WOW is all I can say. For our final course, my husband and I shared the Tuscan steak. It was ridiculous huge. We ate all we could and took the leftovers home with us to be used when we made steak and eggs in the morning. The Waitstaff was very attentive (but not overly) attentive to our table and made sure that we were never without water or wine. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden. It was a great first night in Tuscany.

You would never expect a place like this in the inductrial section of Calenzano. Amazing Grill ad Seafood dishes. Must try seafood risotto and Steak Florentine Right next door to the Valmarina Hotel - once you've tried you won't want to venture down to Florence for dinner!

We have been going at Oh Sushi for a few years now, but we always go there with pleasure. The "Rotating ribbon" is our preferred location, but normal tables are available.
We go there for temaki: I love the mango and tuna ones, a little bit spicy. And several of the small dishes on the ribbon are absolutely wonderful, tuna or salmon wraps rich of different kind of fisheggs.
The only negative is the price, pretty high even if Worthing the food you eat.

Phenomenal restaurant, great value for money! Came here almost every day since it is close to the hotel. The service is good, theyre so friendly, treat you like family! A nice restaurant in a nice town.

Near to the hotel, won't happy to drive longer so that's why made this choice! Paper dressed tables & noisy atmosphere with music from tv .. was not happy about but have done it anyway! Was one of the first customer at 7,30pm , few sardinian meals available and middle friendly owner. Just apethizers and meat ..nothing special but Thank's God a good Sardinia cake! What can i say, a bit expensive compared with service and quality, will not ne back but may say is good for one shoot!

I found this excellent bar/restaurant through TripAdvisor. Thank goodness because it's a place you might easily pass by and pass over. The two "fratelli" are very friendly and welcoming. The food, cooked by mama, is very reasonably priced and very good indeed. Nothing too special - just good Tuscan home cooking. I had the spaghetti al frutti di mare (sp?) and loved every mouthful.
