Stopped off here after MTB ride around Innerleithen after a recommendation Looked a Nice place. They offer a bar menu so we thought we were in. However, we were told they are not serving the bar menu as they are fully booked. Seemed pointless having a bar menu imo. Usually if your busy you have to wait a little. But nope. Even the restaurant was only half full. Oh well went somewhere else and had a cracking meal. Felt let down.

Had never tried the Crown Hotel before but was pleasantly surprised by the large restaurant. Staff were great and food was excellent. Fish was a large portion but great if you are really hungry.

Thank you so much for catering to my diet; Iâm so thankful for your service. Offering to make me a vegan stir fry or curry, and then wowing me with a beautiful salad and lentil soup! The tiny loaf of bread and vegan butter topped it off. Thank you! Empty plates!

Met with friends for dinner and were made to feel so comfortable and welcome. Such sensitive attention to dietary requirements along with good tasty Scottish menu using local ingredients. An attractive dining room with spectacular views of the hills with friendly, helpful staff. A fitting ending to our holiday and am looking forward to visiting again in the future. Disappointed, won't be ordering chicken kiev again, not sure if it was frozen but was so hard, after waiting 35 mins for it to come to our tavble, we were disappointed. Cola didn't taste like cola, replaced the juice but just tasted the same If you are willing to give us another chance, please get in touch at 01721 720595 to speak to our manager directly.
