Our friend loves Jennettes (called Rosettes here) and hubby and I got almond horns, biscotti, and sfagliatelle. Everything is made fresh daily and it shows in their taste. Had I not had a full tummy, the gelato looked very tempting! This place never disappoints!

Moroccan fare.Only about ten small tables. Seating two or four but the food is excellent. Check out their website. When seated you will be given a small glass of honey tea. Wonderful courteous staff. Inexpensive. Check their website for hours. Lamb, eggplant ,chicken and eggplant entrees as well as Kati and pita pizzas.

A nice looking place with enough space for a meeting dinner. Food is good but not at the level of expectation where finer cuisine is expected. Service is quick.

Puzzles Bakery & Cafe offers a variety of freshly baked goods, artisan sandwiches, hearty soups, signature salads, and refreshing beverages available for purchase for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition to serving delicious food, the bakery-cafe provides adults with developmental disabilities with opportunities for personal growth, as well as a source of income, social interaction, and a sense of purpose. In conjunction with local nonprofit, The Autism Initiative, we also offer enriching programs to the community, which include activities such as support group meetings, music events, art programs, adaptive yoga, therapy sessions, and family movie nights.
Puzzles is located on State Street near Proctor's, so there is convenient parking close by, which is free on weekends and after five on weekdays. Puzzles is a special eatery because the people who work there are on the autism spectrum. Everyone in my party ordered something different, and we all liked everything. From scones to soups to sandwiches, everything was fresh and delicious. The only downside is that some items, such as the soup, are rather pricey. My cup of corn chowder, while very tasty, was $4.

Recent construction near the restaurant made parking hard to come by and finding the restaurant entrance somewhat confusing.
We had a reservation and had asked about outdoor seating. We were told that we couldn't reserve an outside table but could be seated there if there was a table. We inquired when we arrived and were told there was a 50 minute wait for outside tables but from the inside table where we were seated we could see empty tables outside and there didn't seem to be a line of people waiting for them.
My French onion soup was luke warm and the cheese too cool to separate with a spoon. My haddock was an overcooked plank of white styrofoam. The coffee was stale and too strong. Even the flourless chocolate tart was so bad I left more than half of it.
The only good thing I can say is that the owner or manager made the rounds greeting diners but it surely didn't make up for low quality of the rest of the experience.

I have eaten at Perreca's (More Perreca) sporadically over several years while in Schenectady; most recently in July. It is a very laid back atmosphere and offers a relatively small menu of Italian specialities. Unfortunately dishes tend to be bathed in gravies and dressings and also to be quite large (the Capitol District disease). On my most recent outing in July I did not have a good experience either in terms of the food or the service.

Delicious! Wonderful atmosphere. Great staff. Great place for a dinner party. The chicken marsala is hands down the best dish.

Local friends brought us here while visiting on a hot Summer night. Great ice cream and some unique flavors. My wife likes the Pistachio frozen yogurt, I enjoyed the Strawberry Vanilla twist. Love the authentic old-time drive in style. Don't make em like that any more.

Great place for Italian ice or gelato. Lots of Italian cookies as well...if you still have room in your tummy! The lemon ice, a specialty, is especially nice. So lemony and sweet, it's easy to eat it too fast. Brain freeze!

Ferrari's restaurant is very Italian and the atmosphere reminds me of sunday dinners at my late Italian mother-inlaws home. All the wine and various home made pasta dishes you would require for a family meal are available. The table service and food was very good.My wife ,daughter,son-inlaw and grandkids enjoyed a relaxing dinner. My wife and daughter are vegetarians so they enjoyed the non meat offerings such as Minestra ,and rabe..I enjoyed the ravioli and veal dishes.
