Zwickau is situated in a valley at the foot of the Erzgebirge mountains and is within the Saxon triangle, an area including Leipzig-Halle, Dresden and Chemnitz. The town has approximately 100,000 inhabitants, but has a regional catchment area of over 480,000 people. From 1834 until 1952 Zwickau was the seat of the government of the south-western region of Saxony.

Today,my parents in law, my husband and I were looking for somewhere nice for a meal in this region. All restaurants were closed in this time. Having seen a restaurant "Zum Adam" had several great reviews on Tripadvisor we decided to go there. Even the restaurant was closed in this time because of evening event, Bonitz Karsten (Chef) preposed us to stay. We were really happy to hear it. Everything was perfect. Amazing restaurant.The quality of the food is top and there hasn't been a dish we haven't enjoyed.They gave us lovely warm welcome. Impeccable service. Competent advice on food from Bonitz KarstenThank you and your Team very much. Well done for keeping your standards so high. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Nice place to have a relaxed sunday brunch. Good variety of food and of course some german specialities! Friendly staff and very popular in town, in a quiet sunday morning.Pity that only one drink is included, and the cakes are not part of the brunch... However, still a good place to go and at a reasonable price. We would go again.

Endlich! Nachdem einige Zeit geschlossen war, ist endlich wieder offen. Erst einmal nur Freitags (mit Themenabenden), doch wir sind zufrieden. Und wie man an der Menge der Leuten merkte, sind wir nicht die einzigen, die zufrieden waren! Wir kommen wieder!
