My wife and I were staying downtown Moose Jaw. We were looking for a place close to the movies. Found Bugsys and tried it. It's kind of a gem in a dying mall. The service was absolutely outstanding and would give them 5 stars for that. I had the quesadilla it was not bad a bit on the cold side. The French fries were slightly above average. My wife had chicken strips they were tasty but not that hot. The fries are the really skinny ones so cool down fast. Overall a good experience but again the service made the night. She gave us lots of information about Moose Jaw. I would recommend this if your in the area. But stay clear of the mall. It's dead.

had a poor experience here and I won't be going back. the service was very poor, we were on a stag party and asked if we could get an order of wings at around 6:00 so that we could get going to the hockey game that started at 7:00, we were told by the staff that it would take about an hour to get our food. neither the restaurant side nor the bar side had more than 4 tables of people and most were almost finished already. we declined the hour wait for food and paid for our drinks and moved on. not a good experience.Hi, there. Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent experience. We take this feedback very seriously and would like to follow up with the team involved. Please share the details at https://bostonpizza.com/contact-us.html so that we can make it better! Thanks.

This restaurant has sports bar in it’s name and is located 100 meters from the arena. One would think this would be the perfect spot to go pregame….nooope.We arrived about 1:15 before the game and it was certainly busy but not full there were several open tables when we were seated. We ordered very quickly just in case, and our server was very nice and friendly. After about 45 minutes we were starting to get concerned that our meal wasn’t going to arrive. Our server assured us it would be any minute. Now an hour and no meal we are just deciding if we should just pay for our drinks and leave when the food arrives. Server apologizes for the delay, “but they are just so darn busy with the game tonight”. I have ordered the steak, the 8 oz one that says it is aged 28 days so it is perfection. And it looks delicious as do the fries, so I figure, all is not lost, I will have to wolf this down to get to the game but at least it looks it is going to be tasty. Nooope again, well that is only half true, the fries are piping hot and delicious. The steak that I ordered medium rare, is cool and cooked completely through. Maybe that is what took so long cooking it until it was tasteless. It’s too bad as it looked like a nice steak before they wrecked it. When our food arrived we asked for the bill to avoid any more delays. During my bill paying she asked me three times how my meal was and I was trying to just get through with a “it was OK” but she kept asking about the steak and the third time I said it was way over cooked. She said oh sorry we were just so busy with the game. My displeasure at wolfing down my food might have been offset by good food, sadly not the case. There is a surprising good selection of decent restaurants in Moose Jaw to choose from, not sure why I would need to come back here.

We were looking for a quick bite while passing through MJ. Lots of interesting old items on the walls (records, 8 track tapes, bottle openers, posters, etc.). The salads were very good, but the French onion soup was super salty! Friendly staff and overall, we were happy we chose this place.

Had lunch here due to high rating on Trip Advisor. While not the “best we ever had” it was a good meal with friendly service. I opted for Bobby’s Burger while my wife had the fish and chips. The burger was well constructed and held up to my expectations - nice to know the beef is locally sourced. The fish and chips were good but the accompanying sauce was a bit unusual. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a good pub experience.
