Have eaten 3 times here and everytime has been amazing! The staff is superb, the customer service is A+.One of the times I chose the unlimited salad bar and was delicious with tons of toping options.Everything from the food, soups, salads and deserts are fantastic. This is Dominican tradition. Even Anthony Bourdain tried these! For more than 50 years this place has been offering the best sandwiches in town. From the simplest melted cheese sandwich to the completo with everything in it, plus the fruit smoothies with or without Carnation evaporated milk, Payan is a must go for the complete Dominican gastronomic route.

I wasn't crazy with Burgers until I discovered Carls. To be a fast food place the meet is of high quality. I love the bread less burgers, not too add additional calories. The burger are quite expensive, but they definitely worth the money.
