The otel is great, so it's a shame that it's let down by this bar/restaurant. We ordered empanadas that were dry and nasty, a platter of cheese and ham that was not very uninspiring and cocktails that were poorly made. A great disappointment.

We come to Salto every year to visit my husbandâs family and friends. Letâs just say that I loose weight each time I go, because the quality of restaurants is poor. In Salto, all the menus are almost exactly the same, and the food isnât very good or fresh. Cavern is one of my favorite places because their menu has a different variety of food, and they try to be creative. The ambiance is nice and cozy, and I also love the Beetles theme. This trip, we ate the steak wrapped with bacon, curry stuffed chicken, cheese fries, and massini. The food is delicious! I highly recommend eating at the Cavern.

Beautiful, modern and comfortable place to eat and drink. I love the old architecture in Salto, and always want to peek inside all the beautiful older homes. Sileno did a wonderful job renovating an old house into their restaurant. There is a very nice lounge area outside too. Salto is lacking in good restaurants, so this is a refreshing place to go while staying here. We ate the chivito and fries, pizza, and cheesecake. The food was fresh and delicious, with huge portions! I wanted to lick the cheese sauce off the plate, it was so good! They also have my husbandâs favorite beer, Patagonia. We travel to Salto every year, and this is a place we will definitely go to while there.

An establishment dedicated to craft beer, conceived in a harmonious style, where you can accompany the beer with excellent chopped, both cold and hot.

La comida es mala, el mobiliario es de cuarta e incómodo y además es Caro. Lo único que zafa son los dÃas que hay música y que si no hace mucho calor se puede estar. Las mozas en una cervecerÃa te contestan que ellas no toman cerveza y que por eso no puede recomendar ninguna!!!!Los pedidos hay que hacerlos en papeletas usadas y borradas para ser reutilizadas, tÃpico de una ciudad bananera y mediocre como se ha transformado Salto....pero ellos se siguen creyendo el centro del universo!!!.
