酒田駅東口至近距離にあります。駐車場は斜め向かいにあり、少し分かり難いです。週末午後３時頃訪問。アイドルタイムがないのでおやつ代わりに利用するには便利です。酒田のラーメン６００円を注文。中細縮れ麺。スープは魚介系アッサリ醤油味。昆布が効いているのかホンノリと甘味。量的には小振りにつき酒田のラーメン２食目に訪問する場合、普通盛でも気になりませんが、１食目に訪問する場合、大盛１５０円増が健康な男子にはマストなボリュームか。４２年間守り続けてきた伝統の味に納得すること請け合いです。

三元豚と言えば平田牧場が本家本元。今回は「平牧三元豚のヒレかつ御膳」をいただきました。本家のとんかつだけに安定のうまさでした。40gのヒレが2枚で1280円。安くはありませんが、その価値に見合うと思います。酒田を訪れたら、立ち寄りたい店の一つです。

６５０円だったかの漬け丼が一番出ていたようですが、ワンコインの朝定食がお奨めです。焼き魚と刺身を中心に切り干し大根、なぜかのポテトサラダなどが付き、あら汁はどんぶりのような大きな椀で出てきます。ほかに玉子がサービスです。満足できます。

I tried their spring special, which I believe was shio flavor, and it was excellent. My husband tried their shoyu based one and loved it. It's a small restaurant in residential neighborhood. There is a small parking lot across the street. People working there were very kind. We would go back if we are in town again.

Sakata may have little to offer as a destination, but Koise makes up for all of that. This absolutely superb sushi shop is run by a master and crew who know exactly what to do with each fresh ingredient. The 3,500 yen Omakase nigiri course is a delight. Every single piece is from the freshest fish available in the port city, at a reasonable price. The master is a friendly fellow who is used to visitors from around the world. You will not regret yielding the choices to him in the Omakase course, having a tokkuri of sake, and enjoying the warm atmosphere.

When in Sakata, Eat as the Locals Eat Most ramen (noodle) shops in Yamagata prefecture make delicious ramen created with home-made buckwheat noodles and soya sauce base soup. "Men Kobo Sarashina" is a unique restaurant in the area for its rich and creamy "tonkotsu" (pork broth), using local Shonai pork. The hand cut buckwheat noodle - you can choose "thick" or "thin" - waits underneath soft-cooked egg, Shonai pork filled dumpling, and meltingly-tender slices of "chashu" (pork belly). It only takes a bite before you appreciate all the taste elements as well as time and effort involved in creating this supremely divine, yet soothing bowl of ramen.

ナビを頼りに週末の午後２時前に訪問。店舗の両側に駐車場があります。店内入ると行列待ちの状態で、入口横で最初に注文を尋ねられます。三元ワンタンメン８００円（２００ｇ）を大盛２００円増（３００ｇ）でオーダー、麺は太麺細麺選べますが、おススメは細麺とメニューに書いてありました。店内カウンター、テーブル、小上がりと座席は豊富ですが、着丼には３０分位かかりました。平田牧場の三元豚を使用、飛島ではなく五島列島のアゴを使っているとか。大き目で薄くスライスされたチャーシューにビロビロと膨張したワンタンは結構な量で食べ応えがあります。酒田のラーメンを考える会のポスターが店内掲示されていました。酒田といえばワンタン麺。各店ともに麺差値は高くハズレは少ないでしょう。有名店をハシゴされる方は胃袋と懐具合を相談の上計画的に訪問されるのが賢明かと思われます。

特上のうな重を食べました。値段が、かなり高かったですが、内容が高いなりのものだったので満足です。店主も親切で、お勧めをいろいろ教えてくれました。

２０日ほど前に予約して、土曜日の11:40入店で一人7200円のアニヴァーサリーコースの料理をいただきました。味・品数・接客サービスすべてが最高でした。使用した魚の釣り上げた際の写真をタブレットで見せてくれたのはビックリでした。他店ではなかなか無い趣向です。スパークリングのミニボトルと火の点いたローソクが立っているホールケーキと赤いバラ一輪の花束が付きます。持参したデジカメで記念撮影もしてくれます。事前打ち合わせの電話がかかってきて、大人と同じ品数のコース料理で小学生の女の子の子供料理を4000円で作ってくれました。子供もあまりにも美味しくて大喜びでバクバクでした。アルコール類飲む予定だったので片道２時間以上もかかって電車で行ったかいがありました。駅からは真ん前、歩いて数分というか50ｍも離れていないと思います。歴史ある高級店だけど、必要以上にかしこまらなくていいところが気に入りました。遠いけど、また利用すると思います。ホールケーキは火を消しただけでぜんぜん食べないで持ち帰りできました。
