Interesting environment, loved their commitment to sustainability and local foods. Max was particularly attentive and knowledgable about food, wine, cocktails and the area. Beef tenderloin melted in your mouth. Mahi Mahi was grilled, cooked well and not smothered on sauces. Will cone back again.Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to review us! We were celebrating our anniversary and loved Jax , everything from the appetizers to the steaks were delicious. We dined at many restaurants on the french side all week and this was by far the best dining experience we had all week. Our server was very knowledgable with wines and helped us pick an amazing wine that paired perfectly with our meal. Its easy to see why this place was rated #1 in St Martin.
