Innovation working together with local and seasonal ingredients, passion in every dish followed by the most traditional combination of local identity.
This little and cosy vegetarian restaurant is one of the places you should visit if you are in Puerto de Sagunto or around.
My special recommendation: The daily fix price menu, served in the lunch time, incredible value for money.
Other good things to highlight are the puddings and the wine menu.

We have been eating at Negresca a couple of times and it was Delicious the food was fresh and of excelent quality.
The atmosphere is modern and relaxed and what is most importat for us is that it was so neat and clean.
The Staf was very friendly and did their utmost to give us a welcome and happy feeling.
I realy can recommend to go there and i am sure you will enjoy just as we did.
Thanks for the excelent food and service, we will be back when we visit Valencia again.

Excellent little restaurant tucked away in quiet village the service was really good as the waitress explained the dishes in detail to us. The food was excellent interesting local dishes, I can only recommend the El Gat Negre for a visit and it's very reasonably priced

I have never been in such a great restaurant as it is. The thing I liked the most about it was its menus, each of them better than the previous. The chips served there are completely differentt the ones English people have ever tried. They are very big and coverd with "Ajoaceite" foam, a typical Spanish sauce. As for the staff, we barely had to wait to order; although the restaurant was completely full of clients, they were very quick. On the other hand, the food is carefully presented on its dishes, with a beautiful design each plate. Finally, its price is worth it compared to its quality.
I honestly recommend this restaurant to all of you who come to Sagunto in order to have a good breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Our local friends we were staying with chose this restaurant for the last evneing together; we were a party of seven and had a reservation - which was a good thing, since the place filled up very quickly soon after we had arrived. We ordered three of the combos for the seven of us, and platters started arriving very swiftly, more and more of them ... everything very tasty and well prepared and cooked, delicious food and in enormous quantities ... we were all totally stuffed and could hardly manage to eat it all. Service was very friendly and nice, also attentive and accomodating. Als good with vegetarian dishes. I can very highly recommend this restaurtant!

First time I went, I was very well impressed for the quality starters and the wonderful paella, senyoret that time. Now I have been again to eat a new sort of paella and no disappointment, just the contrary. Do not expect luxury in the sorrounding, only in what the dishes content.

Beautiful quirky unique building, lots of small areas for intimate dining
The staff were extremely caring and friendly, and tried hard even though their English wasn't strong and our Spanish isn't great either. With lots of their effort and some iTranslate we enjoyed a great meal. They ordered us a cab home and ensured the driver knew where to go
The restaurant is really old and beautiful, food very tasty.

We have actually eaten here at least 8 times over the past year and a half and each time we have been impressed with the creative cuisine and the wonderful service. Our last experience was one week ago...For starters we ordered "tentación" (sliced cooked apple with foie) and "atame" (soft meatball with crunchy noodles) and both were delicious. We then had bacalao and salmon for our entrees and they were delicious. This restaurant is one of our favourites ib the greater Valencia area. Well worth a visit!
