Following a major and lengthy strike/lock-out, Hotel des Gouverneurs totally transformed its properties in Sherbrooke and Chicoutimi (Saguenay) by creating somewhat of an upscale experience under the OTL brand. With this comes the Boefish restaurant in both location - and frankly there is nothing else as "trendy" as Boefish in the area so they pretty much have that market all for themselvesWhat I liked: Contemporary, open setting - but without being too loud. Diverse food menu with nice twists on common, and less common dishes. Very friendly and prompt service. Good portions for the prices and definitely premium food/presentation. Food quality is above average. Great mix of flavorsWhat to watch for/could be improved: Meat was very slightly overcooked, but these things can happen.All in, very highly recommended - regardless of whether you are staying on site or notDear guest,We thank you for sharing your impressions. My wife and I had our first experience to eat here on Tuesday, and because we loved everything we had to come back today (Thursday) before heading back to Montréal. Too bad for us that we don't have L'entre-cote Riverin in Montréal.Thanks Alex Sandro,We hope to see you again !
