had lunch here with friends, Sandwich special grilled. Very tasty, generous portion, Small cozy place. friendly service. draft craft beer plus wine menu. Dinner at later time was also good. Small place very pub like. Some Thursdays they have entertainment at night.

Ordered three burgers all of them were wrong, bacon on ones that didn’t have it, cheese was not on the ones that should have had it, the bill for three burgers (no beverage) was $80. And It was cold also for an added bonus.
They tried to offer another meal on them, ok, we gave it a shot, we had condiments slammed down on our table, the miild curry was almost inedible it was sooo hot, the steak Sandwich tasted like someone stepped on it and had grey hairs in it, and the other order didn’t have barbecue sauce on it,
Bottom line if you want a bossy woman stomping around the restaurant smashing things down on your table and quite possibly the worst most expensive meal in Rossland then check it out.

Sweet Dreams Cakery is quickly taking over Rossland BC as cult-like followers line up to get their fix of yummy cupcakes before they sell-out. The variety and creativity of each flavor is tantalizing and every little cake is artistically and beautifully hand-made.
So happy to have this treasure here in Rossland! (just have to figure out when to fit in the extra gym time)

Best coffee in Rossland! We use locally roasted, freshly ground-for-you Oso Negro beans for the perfect espresso drinks. Fabulous home-made baking daily, including muffins, scones, cinnamon buns. Lunch includes homemade soups with slices of our very own baguette and gourmet paninis on our own house-made foccacia bread! Exquisite cakes and pies from Sweet Dreams Cakery. Its very busy but if you need coffee quick skip the line and drop a looney in the bucket and take your own. good pastry case and many options for breakfast.

Located on a side street off Rossland's main street, Cafe Books West is a very quaint little place. An impressive selection of books, special gifts and a cozy coffee/tea shop near the windows. When the coffee and lunch shops on Rosslands busy main street get uncomfortably crowded with tourists, this is an excellent Cafe to escape to. We come here often :)

We stayed at the Prestige in Rossland for one of the stops on our honeymoon and had dinner here. The meal we each had falls in with the top 2-3 meals we've ever eaten. We had the baked mushrooms for an appetizer along with the lovely bread and oil/vinegar that was served. My entree was the trout with risotto cakes and capers and it was amazing. My husband had the seafood pappardelle and absolutely loved it (that came on recommendation from a couple friends as well). The waitress was lovely; friendly and attentive and of course the food was just marvellous. 100% would recommend and will plan to visit again when we are in the area!

Was looking for a nice little place for a bit to eat. Ran across this little place , they had an interesting and appealing board out front. Although, it was getting late in the evening, I was warmly welcomed. I ordered and appetizer and an entree, food was delicious. I was the last customer and I never felt rushed.
The service, quality of food and value all led to a great experience. If I am ever in the area, I will be sure to stop by again.

Beautiful ambiance accompanied by spectacular cuisine. For starters I enjoyed a bowl of white bean and tomatoe soup topped with a grated cheese....delicious.
Main course was a goat cheese and arugula ravioli in a light tasty lemon basil butter sauce.... Perfection. For dessert I enjoyed two cream filled cannoli ...... Amazing.
The house red wine complimented the meal reflecting my impression of an overall exciting experience. Service was fantastic. Definitely return.

The service was good, mid-range pricing, and the food better than average. I have to give a big tip 'o the hat to their nacho's; lots of everything and nothing remotely resembled soggy. Nice Bloody Caesars and plenty of varieties of beer.
