First of all please realize that even though this is the only restaurant in TripAdvisor in Roldanillo there are many many restaurants in this town. For Fusion... Ate here many times (paragliding hangout during the season.) Breakfasts are ok and fast... Nothing special... Good price. Pretty bad coffee. Dinner menu is not bad - steaks and pizzas are pretty good. But service is ridiculously slow. Like 1 hour+ slow. And that's if they get your order right in the first place which is 50/50. And it's not a language issue... They just routinely get the order wrong. I sometimes wonder if they just make random dishes and then walk around asking if anyone ordered it! So yes have a visit but it's not the best in town.

Buen sabor y chicos amables pero demasiado demorado. Con mi familia decidimos pedir el menú del día, en lugar de la carta, puesto que teníamos prisa y hambre, esperamos una hora por este menú. La cuenta presentaba errores. Y el sitio estaba empolvado como sino limpiaran a diario. Estuvimos a punto de irnos antes de que sirvieran.

Pricier than typical Colombian coffee shop and limited choices of homemade torta (cake) but their carrot cake was delicious and we came back multiple times just to get a piece. It gets crowded at times.

The best Parilla we found in Roldanillo, consistently good food at good prices. The owner always made it a point to get to know us, some of his waitresses could use his approach to customer service. Next time we go back we will eat there again for sure.
