We heard glowing reports about Freds and noticed the parking lot was always full. We stopped in on a weekday afternoon at 5:00 and were seated immediately.
Their main attraction is the buffet, but smaller options are available too. I ordered the "one trip market table" for $13.17. That included one trip to the buffet and one soup/salad, one dessert. One trip was all I could handle - and everything I ate was delicious. Surprising at a buffet like this was that the lasagna was delicious. They have real Southern corn bread, fried catfish, fried chicken. They have a nice salad bar with a couple of soup selections. Dessert selections are not huge, but the Italian Cream Cake was incredible. Healthy scoops of ice cream are hand dipped, several flavors available. Hubs had the "Market Table" which is the unlimited buffet, salad bar, desserts - $14.97. Beverages are not included. It is really noisy, not the place for an intimate dinner. Great place for a group.
Server was polite, attentive, helpful. We'll return when we are really hungry. Weekends are very busy, you might want to try a weekday.

If you're in Brandon, there's no need to drive to Tampa for good Cuban food and pastries. It's all right here. There's a hot-bar for traditional hot foods, or you can order a sandwich that is made-to-order. For dessert, check out the bakery counter. Try not to lose conciousness while taking it all in.

We were hesitant when we pulled in to what looked like a daytime strip center. The restaurant is cheery with great chalk boards on the walls. The waitress told us of fresh fish specials and the dishes they are known for. Clam chowder was perfect and the meals were just as described! The place had a lot of locals eating, just the type of place we look for! Great experience!

I love this location and the staff is always friendly. I do like the selection that they have to offer and their new choices when they roll out a new seasonal flavor that changes. This is one of my favoites and I like going there. The place a great atmosphere too.

We have been there twice. The food is good....had the burger one time and the most recent time...the pulled pork..yum!
I guy was playing music....it is outside so when we realized we had sat next to smokers....the waitress allowed us to move down on the pier/deck where there were more tables. We got to see boaters come up and dock and stay for a meal.

The food here is always amazing, but just a little warning; don't go if you're on a diet. I know the name cheesecake factory is in the name, which you would think says it all, but I get this question sometimes. Having said that, the menu is a like a book- it's 14 or so pages, and I've had far more 'hits' taste wise than misses. It can be a little pricey, but overall it's very enjoyable. I'd recommend chicken samosas, and the Jamaican shrimp (it has plantains, shrimp, and rice, it's delicious). Do not try the chicken parm pizza (it;'s something to that effect).

This is some of the best pizza we have eaten. They also have a wide menu of other things from sandwiches to large salads. They also have a rewards program which actually works very well and special coupons they send in e-mails from time to time.
