Worst experience of my life at Pacific Inn 360 Degree Resort
Reviewed By gargniteshI was travelling with my wife and 3 year old son and took Executive Suite (Room no 301). We had visited Pacific Inn resort in Rishikesh from Gurgaon on 14th May 22 and stayed there for 2 days till 16th May 22 to relax and unwind. But things happened quite the opposite there. We were in fact stressed and frustrated with the dealings of the staff at pacific inn . The staff management is so poor and inefficient. We used to order for the food which used to come late u an hour or two and on top of that with something or the other missing. My child fell sick and we asked the guy at the reception named Sagar for help with the medicine. He kept us waiting the whole day and was himself relaxing and unwinding in the river with his team with no one to respond at the reception for hours. In the even ending he refunded our money saying there is no one to get medicine. Room cleaning used to take hours after constant follow up. Horrible services, inefficient staff. Please peeps don’t waste your money here. We felt relaxed after coming back in fact. Shame on you pacific inn for looting people and having such improper ethics.

Reviewed By Nikhil JThis place is a rip-off. The doors, The ceiling, everything seems to fall apart. The manager/owner (Kumar) is extremely rude. We were asked to pay hundred percent amount upfront. We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights however when we reached the hotel we were only given three rooms. Towards the end of the trip when we tried to complain about some of the service received, the owner refused to listen and started making personal derogatory comments. The pool is a joke and food tasteless. They also have a funny looking device installed in each room that looks more like a camera.

Reviewed By oviajante_86O Raj Cottage Ganga Vatika fica num ponto mais tranquilo para quem deseja fugir do ruído histérico das buzinas. Ainda assim, uma rápida caminhada lhe leva até a ponte Laxman Jhula. Fomos muito bem atendidos, com direito a café da manhã fresco e preparado na hora.
