stopped in for late evening drinks and learned they have a unique, at least one i've not seen before, tap system. unless in a tulip or glass that's not a pint glass, all the beer is filled from the bottom of the glass. very cool...MoreHi Rettup, Thank you for your great comments about our tapping system! Until the current owner sells his Dairy Queen, the service and operation needs a lot to be desired. It reminds me of the way Dairy Queen operated 30 year ago.

I would have rated this five stars because the coffee is outstanding, the service was interesting to say the least. I have never been here before and I often when I go to a new place to try I always ask what they are known for. The cashier had no idea and just said she didn't know. I asked again and they she shrugged her shoulders... We finally got an answer. The coffee was great I got a Mississippi Mud Slide and it was outstanding.. Coffee was great again the service was needing someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about their product.

Delicious coffee. Great price. Free refills. Beautiful & unique decor, friendly staff. Really enjoyed the atmosphere for an afternoon of reading books and drinking coffee.

This is always a wonderful journey back in time and I'd highly recommend the Walleye and homemade onion soup!!! For the area, it's a little pricey and well worth it!!! Best Cosmo in the area and good service.

I appreciate a fast food restaurant that is CLEAN. My brother worked here when he was in high school and he said their standards for cleanliness were extremely high. They're always very friendly and quick for freshly-made fast food. If we need something fast and I don't want to compromise on quality, we go here!

What a find. Open early...before 6 am. The ladies never let your coffee cup go empty. Service is lightning fast but if you want to sit quietly and drink coffee for an hour while your spouse sleeps in no problem.
Now here's the real deal...6 am to 9 am M to F...pancake, 2 eggs and spuds $1.99 and coffee is just $1.50
Plenty of other menu choices that are all very reasonable including Eggs Benedict for $5.95
Nancys Northside Cafe...its Great!!!
