This place checks all the boxes. My cousins husband reserved a table for 8 for dinner and everything from start to finish was amazing. We were seated near the front window overlooking the Mosel.Mr. Georg was our guy in charge and poured the best wines for each of our entrees. The chef is wonderful and creates great dishes, and everything that came out of the kitchen was a work of art.Started out with Creme Brulee of Goose Liver, then a cous cous dish, smoked filet of salmon, salad with the freshest tomatoes and sunflower seeds, braised ox, a selection of cheeses and a dessert to die for....everything was scrumptious and all came with a selection of wine. All this was thanks for my cousins husband who worked with the chef and Mr. Georg, and we all were ever grateful for the work they put into this meal. The atmosphere of Belle Epoque is beautiful, with art nouveau touches, a very grand dining experience!

Nested in the heart of this stunning medieval village, Graacher Tor is offering a taste and an atmosphere typical matching the surrounding with a menu focusing on local dishes, with portions so generous that I recommend to share, and with a primary attention to ingredients, those are of pristine quality.Great service we had from smiling Julia that took perfectly care of us, she is young and talented.Wide wine selection as you can expect in one of the capitals of Mosel wine , pratically all wines are at Km 0 or just a little more.Make sure to take a walk before and after the meal in this village that is idyllic, and above and around you best Mosel vineyards.

I had an evening dinner at this restaurant and was more than satisfied. The restaurant was almost full and they found me a table, even if I was alone, with a nice smile.The waiters we charming, friendly and efficient. The menu is really varied, with wild, fish and usual german dishes. Prices are good value. My wild plate was perfect and the wines very good. I'll go back for sure and heartly recommend it in Zeltingen. This is definitely one of the best tapas bars in Western Germany. The restaurant is super cozy with a good atmosphere, friendly service, and high-quality authentic food. Zeltinger Hof is the hotel, the belonging restaurant is better known as "Haus des Riesling" (house of wines). The restaurant offers a charming atmosphere, two nice terraces opposite of the house. Little bit of italian flair outside, but in fact you are sitting in a small town at the Moselle. The range of wine (all from the Moselle, Saar, Ruwer) is incredible big. Therefor we decided to choose the menu (4 courses) with a variety of eight wines. Wow - the best choice we could do. A sommelier chosen wines which are combined perfectly to the meals, sometimes challenging (according to the guess of the sommelier), but always in some ways fitting. The meals are of excellent very good quality. Small helpings, but that is what we wanted. So don't judge this as expensive: it is perfect in the combination. The service is friendly and aware of the guests. And don't be shy: they even serve a very good local beer. An absolute recommendation.

The restaurant staff is great, very Friendly! The food is very tasty. Apart from the typical German pork, snitzel, etc, you can eat some nice pasta's as well.Both the interieur of the restaurant and the terrace are pleasant!It is better to make a reservation, because it can become quite busy some times!

Excellent food. Sitting on a balcony eating some of the freshest and nicest food to be had in the Moselle valley.. Make certain you start your meal with a Sekt and wild strawberry liquor cocktail.Not cheap but excellent value for what you get.

Visited as a party of nine early Sunday pm. We hadnât booked which in hindsight was a mistake. The seating of new arrivals is not well organised or controlled so people just wander in and sit down when others are waiting.We finally got a table and things got better. Food was hearty and good. Good selection of beers and the waitress who had been a little off-hand to start with got a lot better.A good visit and would return.

This restaurant looks nothing from the road but locals told me the Rumpsteak is legendary . OMG it was . Without doubt the best quality and taste of any steak I have ever had !! Beware the portions are ENORMOUS , and if you don't finish the owners may may a comment but if you are in the area do try it . It's old fashioned and quaint but if you like steak there is probably no where better !!
