Reviewed By Viorel_25The hotel is located near the city center. The parking area is large and free of charge. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy. They were cleaning the room on daily basis. The breakfast was large and tasty. The restaurant was serving just a small amount of dishes. The food was delicious and the portions were adequate. The food could be served out on the terrace or in the rooms.

Reviewed By Crusader260672Location alquanto isolata in mezzo alle montagne, senza ascensore. Ristorante tutt'uno con il Ballroom, si mangia abbastanza bene. Camera spaziosa. Priva però di telefono, e di mini bar. Bagno spazioso, piatto del box doccia rotto, dispenser del sapone ripieno con due saponi di diversa qualità, probabilmente avanzati da altre camere, un'altro modo per risparmiare. Piccolo difetto alla serratura, esco dalla camera, vado alla reception per far presente che la porta non si chiude. Mi trovo davanti un ragazzino con abiti unti e sporchi ed un potente odore di fritto. Questo tizio inizia a dire in un Inglese con un marcato accento indiano che non parla rumeno e che sarebbe salito con me in camera per sistemare la serratura. Da come si muoveva e da come parlava sembrava uscito da un film di Bollywood. Bravo il ragazzo indiano a risolvere il problema, ma forse non sarebbe male tenere alla reception qualcuno vestito almeno con un denim e una camicia, puliti. Il giorno dopo essere partito quando ero già in un altra località, mi accorgo che avevo lasciato un flacone di profumo di D&G, regalo di due mie amiche ed ex collaboratrici di Resita. telefono e mi dicono che hanno trovato il profumo, passo a riprenderlo la settimana successiva e non ne è stato travasato nemmeno una goccia. Ringrazio comunque per l'onestà. Grazie.

Regardless of how long you plan to stay with us, we are confident that our staff will provide you with the best of service and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible.
Nice hotel but poor service
Reviewed By lavi136The hotel looks really nice. It modernly decorated and nicely furnished. There is a big flat screen TV on the rooms and also a mini bar. The one thing that I consider should be in a 3 star hotel is a hair dryer. We didn't have one in our room. The staff is not polite though at all. For the nice hotel it is a shame that the service is not better. I called a day ahead to check the availability and the prices. I was told on the phone a price with breakfast and a price without breakfast. Next day when I was checking in, I asked the person at the reception about the price without breakfast and was told there is no such thing and it was not possible that o was told otherwise, as in I was lying about what I was told on the phone. He was really rude about it. Nevertheless the next morning for breakfast is was a big disappointment. It was a buffet but almost all the trays were empty and nobody bothered to refill them. The persons that arrived after us were asked what they wanted because and were brought som foood at their table. I suppose they think that you should serve yourself only once since the waiter started gathering the things while we were still having breakfast. As I said, the hotel is really nice but we didn't feel welcome.

Reviewed By onisimmThe Hotel is not near the lake. One can pay only cash- they do not accept card payment. Our room (312) was very small and the sheets were not clean; the bathroom is small and needs to be repaired. The view from the kitchen terrace was nice. Food was average, service was poor. But they have a rather nice inner court which is great if one had children. Not sure if I'll go there again.

Reviewed By Kiraly CPozitív: A szállás egy szép helyen van, a három ágyból kettö kényelmes volt. Tiszta törülközők, tiszta ágynemű, közel a szabadtéri vonat múzeumhoz, és a városközpont is sétatávolságon belül van. Közel van több benzinkút is. Negatív: Érkezéskor a panzió tulajdonos kérte elég durván kinyomtatva a foglalást amit természetesen nem szoktam kinyomtatni és vinni magammal, hisz a telefonomban bármikor elérhető. Közölte hogy nincs szabad szobája, de végül csak került egy kétágyas szoba amelyben nem müködött a légkondi és elég meleg volt a tetőtérben - amit jeleztem és kaptunk egy három ágyas szobát ahol működött a légkondi, de nem működött a Tv amit egyébként sem használtunk volna, de az éjjeli lámpákat szerettük volna használni de égök nélkül a két lámpa közül eggyik sem működött. A falból a villany kábelek lógtak ki ami elég veszélyes főleg ha kisgyerekkel van a vendég. A fürdőben a duskabin ajtajának egyik felól nem volt fogantyúja, míg a másik felén esett le az is ami volt. A dusoló fülkében a vizet nem tudtuk elindítani mivel kerek csap volt amit nem csavarni kell hanem mozgatni fel és le. A fürdöszobában van egy kis ablak amely mellett sokszor befolyt a víz és látszik a rég nem végzett karbantartás. Nincs egy fogas, vagy polc sem a fürdőszobában. A redöny nem hivatásszerüen működik, és kell vigyázni, mert nincs kizárva, hogy a avendég kezében marad. A fütőtest burkolata esik szét. A szoba ajtaján a kilincset csak a szentlélek tartsa a helyén. A tetőtérben való feljutáskor és lejutáskor kell vigyázni a fejre, mert elég nagy az esély, hogy egy sebet szerezzunk a fejünkre a pontos és igényes építés miatt. Az előttérben a wifi routerek lognak - amiből látszik az igényes kivitelezés. A fal több helyen hámlik mint amikor megsüt engem a nap, enni nem ajánlom ezt a helyett és a házigazda járhatott volna egy pár tanfolyamot, hogy tudja hogyan kell viszonyulni a vendégekhez - elvégre a vendégek után élnek és működik az üzlet.

Bom restaurante
Reviewed By 393stelasComida gostosa bom atendimento. O lugar é aconchegante. Tem a parte interna e jardim do lado de fora! Não demora trazer a comida. Como fala o título a comida é como a mãe faz comida em casa. Gostei e recomendo. O preço bom pelo que oferece.
