I usually discount Tripadvisor complaints about restaurant service, particularly in Russia, where expectations are just...different. But in this case, it really is a little much. It took an hour to get a club sandwich, and while pretty good, it wasn't THAT good.

This is a great place for lunch or breakfast. They have different deals on throughout the week which is worth checking out. My friends and I have been here quite a few times and we've always enjoyed it. Some days the food and service are better than others but on a good day they're excellent.We recommend the non-alcoholics cold teas, cocktails and 'lemonades'. They are the best we've had anywhere. Try the 'letnii chai' if you're there in the summer.

We waited at the bar, just one back, for 15 minutes during a busy period. The people in front werenât getting acknowledged or drinks and the staff certainly showed no desire to move things along. With no signs of progress, we had to give up and go elsewhere. Good afternoon! Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on the location of our restaurant. Really enjoyed a visit to Beerhouse in Kazan for a hearty lunch of German and Tartar cuisine.Mercifully air conditioned with a lovely interior with charming wooden booths. Huge menu with lots of meaty German dishes but also a plethora of Tartar dishes.Free WiFi and the beer is excellent as you'd expect from an establishment with this name!Excellent fast service from ladies in traditional dress with little red buttons by the table to press for service! Just a few yards off Baumann, well worth a visit. I've come there with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. We were warmly welcomed in this place. Had really nice conversation with the owners and guests.It feels like meeting old friends. Mussels were great. Waffles were fluffy, just melting in the mouth.Owners speak English.

We went in this restaurant and food was ok despite a bit more expensive than the average in kazan. However, the nice atmosphere was destroyed by Elmira, manager of the restaurant, who showed a disgusting behaviour. Really a poor quality service avoid the restaurantThank you for sharing your impressions of the visit to our restaurant. We apologize for everything that will make your stay with us is unpleasant.
