Had a birthday party for 16 guest at Sherlock Holmes on the 15th of October. We planned the whole dinner with a member of the staff. Starter dish, which was a Caesar salad, with wine, a main course with another wine and finally a dessert with yet at third wine.First, the Caesar salad came without the salad sauce which in fact is the most essential part of a Caesar salad.... All wines ordered for all three courses were put at the table directly from start, which made the choosing of wine for a particular course completely unnecessary. During speeches the staff didn´t have enough brains to turn the music down without me telling them. Don´t they have restaurant schools in Ufa?It really would not take much to make this experience a five-star one, but they really came in short due to unprofessionality at the table.Otherwise, it´s a nice restaurant with reasonably good food, but one must wonder how on earth they could serve "Caesar salad" without the sauce? No effort has been spared to create a piece of Scotland in Bashkortostan, and it works. The beer is absolutely superb, and it is clear that a lot of effort and research has gone into producing a genuinely quality product. Our food was good too, and overall we had a good experience here.Doubly happy with a good impression of us from foreign guests. They have something to compare) You will travel, go to our little Scotland. Always happy)
