Reviewed By Valentina SI’m really thankful to the hotel’s stuff for the kind service. Everyone was so nice and polite. It was really clean. The studio we hired was comfortable and wide and offered an amazing view. The hotel has a perfect location right in the center of the city.

The lady owner used to work in Spain hotel for 15 years, she made the hotel really beautiful and extremely clean. We hired a driver in Sofia, she even offered a discount to let the driver stay there. I found that was really nice of her. the breakfast was very fresh and clean. If you need to visit Srebama, or Tharacian Tomb, dont stay in Shuyman, this is a better choice for over night stay.

Reviewed By jonathang34Great facilitys 2 large pools but arrived to late in the evening to use! Checked in quickly, rooms were spacious, modern wetroom - bathroom! Great restaurant downstairs very nice food nice waitress, kids enjoyed using the onsite play area!

Nice hotel with private parking lot
Reviewed By LadreHanIts a very nice 4floor hotel with 24 hour reception. Parking lot was big . We choosed a one king size bed room. It was over 40 sqm . Room had windows on both sides. Bed and pillows was excellent. Only problem was it wasnt an actual double bed, it was 2 single beds next to each other. Breakfast was nothing special except service hours 07-11 which is longer then usual. Reception was helpful at checkout, they do accept cash leva, euro and cards. There is no bellboy, help on luggages. Also the minibar at the room was empty.

Reviewed By Emilko69Hotel Les were recomended from partners to stay in quiet place in a park with many trees. Rooms are clean, warm and big enough for we were looking for. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is good as well.

Very rude owner! We were not allowed on the terras after 10pm!!
Reviewed By karenconstantWe were very disappointed with the entire line. Our friends did not have a room on arrival, they were placed at the back of a separate piece. The air conditioning did not work while it was very hot. In the evening we all wanted to drink a glass of wine and something fresh, together on the terrace (we had booked with 18 people). But when we wanted to sit down, we were told by the owner that we were not allowed to sit on the terrace after 10 pm, and that we had to sit in the bedroom, while he himself drank wine on the same terrace. He also said that we were no longer welcome while we made no noise, and also that 'money is not the problem'! When we went to our bedroom, the owner and his wife discussed very loud for more than an hour, so we couldn't sleep! We paid for the 2 nights we stayed there, and we called that same evening to another hotel where we could stay with 18 people for the rest of our vacation. Fortunately we found Hotel Cartoon, where we were very welcome, they were very friendly, and we were allowed to sit on the terrace after 10 pm. We found that this is a very rude hotel owner at hotel Accent, who will certainly never see us again!
