This is in the cellar of the castle and it was cool to eat in a castle. The food was only okay. The schnitzel was a bit dry. Another dish tasted too much of red peppers. The potato salad was good. The waiter was nice but very busy.

We always stop for lunch at this excellent restaurant on our way to Gargellen. The main room is very modern and bright but there is a side room that is more traditional. The menu is extensive with both modern and traditional food. We have been going here for many years and have always enjoyed our meal.

Found this restaurant on trip advisor. A modern style restaurant with lovely Old World views. Started with carpaccio and soup - both were delicious. The carpaccio was a generous full plate portion of fresh tasting slices of beef. We also sampled the salads which were also fresh made with simple dressing as requested. Service was attentive and friendly. God spot for lunch if you are enroute to Zurich or Lichtenstein.

A beautifully renovated old house with stunning decor especially at Christmas. Attentive friendly staff and excellent door. Had smoked salmon with lamb's Lettice plus a delicious dressing. Then sea bass with a delicate sauce and vegetables. Will go again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our indian lunch on Sep 16th 2015 after visiting Vaduz in a group tour. Nice restaurant,neat & clean crockery.Buffet was well spread. Quality,quantity,variety was good. Nan were crisp fluffy.Service quick. Staff behavior excellent.We enjoyed our lunch.
A suggestion for tourists,there is a store called BILLA very near to restaurant where bus was parked. You can have daily need goods snacks coke,drinks at very cheap rate there.

we have previously enjoyed very good lunches in this cafe.
This time we ate the dinner :service was fine ,and was very pleasant eating outdoors.
Hamburger dish and schnitzel dishes were very good,steak Sandwich and fish (rather slushy!) were both poor and not value for money.

Most places around the region are closed on Sunday. This place was recommended. Had a lovely Rose wine and our starter was the bruschetta with tomatoes to share. My husband had the veal scallopini with potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach. I had the grill fish of the day with potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach. All was nicely prepared. Not fussy just simple ingredients. Casual atmosphere. Was very accommodating to our English speaking selves. Menu was easy to read and waitress was most helpful. We were able to walk in early on a Sunday evening. Lovely outdoor space as well.

One of my favorite restaurants: although it seems that it has not been renovated in the past 500 years, the beer menu and garden are the best in the area! If you are looking for a huge selection and great prices in a traditional beer garden, that's the place to go.
