Visited for dinner after seeing Bagore ki haveli show.. was a nice evening with some live flute music and both the food and the view were good. Service was also quite good. Overall would recommend if looking for lakeside meal options.

We, at 1559 AD take you to the bygone era to experience the old world hospitality. The building which is about 95 years old has been kept the same with a little fusion concept of art nouvelle. With a few contemporary designs and ancient artifacts this is
The restaurant has be named on the basis of foundation year of Udaipur in 1559 A.D. by Rana Udai Singh. But the ambience has no relevance to it.The restaurant is very expensive.Wait for the food is too long. The only positive thing is its location near to Fatehsagar lake.

An 18th century city gate and charming haveli(coutyard house)fully restored to its earlier glory,is now a popular restaurant in three floors. It houses an air-conditioned dining area, a comfortable low seating cafe, a lounge area and a roof top restaurant
We found the restaurant by accident, but we are very happy that we did. Very friendly service, very cold beer (very welcome with the heat!) and delicious food. The views were lovely - overlooking the old city. Reasonably priced, authentic and delicious, made while you wait.

Satori means sudden enlightenment, the word satori came from zen philosophy. We believe in giving an atmosphere that can help customers to achieve rejuvenation. We follow the tradition of suspended coffee. It was started in Naples, Italy. The customers who
Another of those places where the owner is too concerned to take care of white customers and hardly notice Indians. When finally our order arrived after 45 minutes. In name of cutlery, they provided plastic plate and plastic forks. We ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta was very dry but still bearable. The pizza was a joke. Like literally a joke. It is hardly a 7 inch pizza and that too thin crust. Cheapo. Also, the taste was horrible. Even an amateur cookery student can make a better pizza than this. Worse food experience in Udaipur.Sorry for the experience but u have commented for the wrong cafe ....the rooftop on top of cafe satori is a separate restaurant which is not even listed yet so your experience their should not be reflected on cafe satori thought I can understand the confusion

Even in India, where the simplest requests for questions get confused, this place surpassed the level of basic communication and service. After climbing several flights of stairs, we got there and there was no one else there. No music playing and so the ambiance was really poor. We should have left. The menu itself was limited. The staff/waiter was friendly enough, but just didnt listen properley to anything we requested. Dodnt right anything down or hear what it is we were wanting and so the order, inevitably came out wrong. I asked for a very simple pasta of tomato sauce (spicy) and mushroom My partner asked for pasta with garlic, oil and olives only. We had to clarify this order several times, only for the waiter to come back minutes later to again ask what we wanted. When it came, I got pasta with olives and maybe the tinest bit of mushroom. My partner (who asked for olives), got pasta with red sauce and vegetables and my mushrooms. It was chaos. In the end we couldn't be bothered to get it corrected. The pasta dish was sloppy and bland. Mine was without spice and nothing in it that I asked for. My partners was the same. For 370 INR it was disappointing. The total bill for two boring pasta dishes and beer each, was way too much. Not sure this place will survive the way it's going.

A must to come!! We come here everyday while we are in Udaipur. Nice relaxing little restaurant with strong AC and nice music, good ambience, friendly owner and staff, great food options. Good for foreigners to dine without worrying of getting sick. Pesto Penne, Malai Kofta, Roti, Naan, Stuffed Tomato Curry, Paneer Butter Masala was all delicious!! Hello to Boho and Masala Tea also great. Good pricing too

Yummy Yoga has always something new to offer whenever I visit. I made friends with Gullu, male cat. He was cute and friendly. I asked owner, Bhanu about traditional Mewari cuisine and he was so gentle and kind to make me try, Daal Bhatti and Sarson curry with Makki ki roti( Maize traditional bread) which was not even in their menu. I carried my laptop and found it was very peaceful to work here. Their Indian Thali is something to try and Bhanu was generous enough to offer discount. One cannot leave without trying their Brownie with ice-cream which is beautifully presented. Nothing wrong to say: Yummy world of food.Dear reviewerWe are deeply grateful for your kind review. Thank you for giving us opportunities to serve you. We are glad you enjoyed our food and our company. More memories and unforgettable experiences await you. We look forward to welcome you back.Kind regards,Bhanu
