Reviewed By 206sumitbPlease don't confuse this resort with EXOTICA BY SEA VIEW. This is a pathetic MTDC hotel with zero maintenance and service. We stayed in C16 and C18. Booked for 2 nights, but had to cancel the 2nd night. Cottages are pathetic. The bathroom feels like that in chawl. There is no room for bath shower and is just beside the comod. There is no garden, all sand and very poorly maintained landscape. Very very small. Broken tiles in room. Cracks on wall. Curtains broken and old as if never washed. Overall not at all good experience. Very disappointed. Please booke the other Exotica by sea view resort which is privately maintained by same group and is awesome. Unfortunately I got confused by same names and had such pathetic experience. Prices for both are same. Note :- this hotel is beside the beach. While the other one is 800meters away.

Considering we were all women, we were quite skeptical about the place and went ahead,trusting the google reviews blindly. However, our stay turned out to be pleasant and memorable - rooms were clean, food was good, service was amazing and the property is huge unlike shown in the pictures. We needed a car to move from the reception to our villa. Overall our stay was good and we look forward to visiting Pushpam resort again.

From mumbai you can directly take the road trip orelse travel in m2m ferry to take a different experience and skip one hour of driving . Sea breeze has a total Santorini vibes. It directly has access to the beach and has a infinity pool touching the beach. The rooms are pretty good specially the one’s which are front facing you have an amazing view to witness. The package per person includes breakfast. Rest meals can we ordered on ala carte. Loved the vibes food and hospitality of this place. Looking for something budget friendly with friends or family this one is a must visit.

Worst experience with a hotel yet
Reviewed By Abhi281994Really poor service at the hotel. Hotel had agreed to add a mattress for the third person before making a booking but only gave a durrie to our guests whom we had made the booking for. That too had a urine smell coming from it. We made a booking for one more room just avoid this mishap by the hotel but the other room's AC was also not working. The hotel staff took around 45 minutes to come up to take care of it. Room's jetspray also didn't work. We had made the payment at the time of booking and the staff had agreed to the fact that the payment for the next day would be made by us during the check out. But they kept pestering our guests for money. I would rate the hotel negative in terms of hospitality that is supposed to be one the prime attributes of a hotel staff. The hotel staff was also rude to talk to. We tried to ask their name to put a complain but they were not even ready to share their names for a review. The person who misbehaved the most claimed that he was the manager and his name was Brijkishore Khilare but I really doubt if that's his name considering he tried to not disclose his name till the end for reviews. While this person actually knew that the payment is to be collected from us, he supported his staff to pester our guests for money. The name of the other staff was Gopal and Raju, Raju being the care taker. These other 2 people pressurized Raju to not accept that the durrie had a urine smell coming from it since Raju was the one who agreed to change it because of the smell. The staff will nor accept it's mistake, neither take any action to improve their behaviour. Overall a really really bad experience. Not preferable if you are coming with a family or guests. We plan to take this forward to the consumer court. Sharing this here so that you guys don't have to go through what we and our guests did.

Poor behaviour by hotel manager

He threatens you and you feel scared by the way you treats and threatens you .I would not recommend this place if such people are there to welcome guests . Otherwise place is good with good ambience facilities and other staff also behaved well so far . I am writing this review minutes after check in today ..

Reviewed By AirakatThis place had the best hospitality I've experienced in a long time. The entire staff was always proactive and ready to help. The food was amazing very homely food which my entire team looked forward to after a long tiring day. Highly recommend trying their fruit custard. There wasn't a single instance where my team felt dehydrated from the summer heat as the camp made sure we would always have nimbu paani or kokam juice at all times. The accommodation was simple and comfortable. They have beautiful cottages and tents. The parts of the campus we had a chance to explore were gorgeous, surrounded by hills and forest. The big banyan tree was the center of all the beauty where we had most of our uplifting sessions.

Seating arrangment for around 100 persons. If you want to have veg food in this stretch of road this is one of the few good options

Reviewed By Off_Road_LoverPros: (*) Property is spacious with lots of outdoor space, good sized swimming pool, rain dance, green cover (*) Neat and clean rooms with generator (atleast for the cottages) (*) Good courteous and very very helpful staff as well as Mr Shrikhande - the owner (*) Everything needed is present in the resort, so not a unwanted ammenity list. Cons: (*) Would have loved if food was local in taste. Food however is very difficult topic for everyone to be pleased with and have different needs - so this is really a choice. Overall very good and must go place. Special thanks to the staff to take us to a spot near the stream to spend a few quality time in the outdoors. Went with family & friends with young kids - was very well managed with all required COVID safety and precautions.

Nature’s Nest is a Weekend Getaway and holiday destination located at a 5 minutes’ drive from Mandwa jetty. It is situated at Dhokawade near Mandwa, Alibag (Maharashtra, India) approximately 150 kms from Pune and 110 kms from Mumbai by road, and…if you wish to be adventurous, then head straight to the Gateway of India and board a ferry boat which takes you there in just 55 mins!!

The food was authentic and delicious including veg and non-veg Overall it was a very nice weekend we enjoyed with family n friends away from the city chaos. We will surely visit again. Thanks to Nilesh Gupte and his team as we had excellent time at the resort recently!
