Too expensive for what you get
Reviewed By Elena_NorwayThis hotel was a disappointment. I booked a family loft room but it looked nothing like the pictures. Breakfast time is until 10am, but they stopped refilling the buffet at about 9:30, so by 9:40 most of the buffet was empty. Good way to save money for the hotel, but pulls the experience down. All in all it was bad value for the price we paid. i do not recommend it.

Reviewed By karolinag958We went there for a weekend with friends to relax. We booked one of the weekend packages. When we arrived it occurred that rooms are placed at attic and have NO AIR-CONDITIONING (with 30 degrees outside it was not possible to stay there longer then 5 minutes!) When we claimed, very unpleasant manager asked told us that it is written on the web page that those rooms do not have A/C. Of course it is not written – NO air-conditioning – just it is not on the list of the room equipment. We had to pay additionally to switch to different room. One more word about the manager – when we came to talk to her, in a very rude way she told to my friends tat she will not talk to them before they put their masks on. Of course it is obligatory and they should have them on, but: 1. Other guests around us were not asked to put masks on !, 2. She really did it in a nasty way. As they left their mask in a room, they had to buy it in a reception – 15 PLN for a disposal mask! This event ruined our weekend mood, and we did not spend truly nice time – despite the SPA, swimming pool area is quite nice. Also the treatments were very good qulity. The SPA and restaurant staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the chef prepared for me vegan meal from outside of the menu, when I asked for. Also, when we wanted to eat lunch and there were not free tables in the restaurant, we asked if we can sit on the patio – they agreed but we had to pay 10% more for a meal! During the checkout when we asked for the details of additional payments we found out that they wanted to add to our bill some alcohol that we didn’t buy – all restaurants bill we were paying immediately. Overall nice hotel and the experiences could be very pleasant, but it was not due to behavior of the manager and the funny additional cost here and there, that were unnecessary when we left there over 4000 pln for a weekend stay! I will not come back there and will not recommend to any of my friends.

Reviewed By Dorien BHet restaurant is dicht, het hotel ziet er niet uit We zijn helaas hier gestrand na een lange autorit. Foto's en beschrijving kloppen niet met de werkelijkheid. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken.

Wonderful hotel
Reviewed By CaliforniaMarieFamily of four stayed in this hotel and it was perfect. Great location for activities in the area. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful and helpful staff. Room well equipped with small fridge and A/C, not always found in EU hotels in the summer. Set up the room comfortably for two children as well.

Lovely food and cosy facilities
Reviewed By Clarence LI've been here several times in 2017 for business gatherings and it is a really lovely place for that during the weekend. Breakfast includes a good selection and the other meals are always filling but not overwhelming. Rooms are comfortable too and the hangout spot is a nice area with comfortable couches.
