We got here because of the reviews. Kind staff and good desserts. However, we ordered the seafood grill for two, and the lobster was not fresh and very chewy. Even though their dishes are more expensive than other restaurants in the area, we found it overpriced for what we got.

This restaurant was unreal. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. We had pizza, pasta, fish and a club sandwich. Everyone agreed it was one of the best and tastiest restaurants they have dined in at Playa Del Carmen. It was also about $23 US each and that included an alcohol beverage.its a few blocks away from 5th avenue. I would highly recommend visiting and you won't be disappointed. I will most definitely go back next time we are in Mexico.

Horrible customer service. Restaurant was not busy yet food took over an hour. Door was marginal considering how long we waited. They did a bait and switch when we got the bill and used a ridiculous conversion rate to US dollars basically overcharging us. Would not recommend. All other restaurants we tried there were awesome with great food and service.

Have eaten here previously and enjoyed. Tried again and have to say that this has one of the best pizza in the area. They use fresh ingredients such as mushrooms, which is very important to the quality and taste of the pizza. Staff attentive and good service. Always nice to see the owner speaking with the customers as they arrive. The personal touch. Good and fair prices as well. And the setting is great, at the Marina. And another plus, this is. Ext to Jessie Gelato. A must try to this location.

Paparazzi is my second home, i love every thing of it, specially steffi and her stilettos and her mood, the pizza is my favourite and the salads are the best, i was reading some comments in my opinion very unfair, sometimes running a business in mexico it can be hard, but steffi and gianni, and miguel and willam, they are always trying to help us all with a smile, sometimes when they are full, the service can take longer, like everywhere else, but the final result is outstanding!Prices are super affordable and all is home made, thank you Paparazzi for being there, and for bringing my pizza so fast when i need it, keep doing the fantastic job!!!

We ate here a couple nights ago. Service was very good but a bit slow. We had the gnocchi with sausage and tomato sauce, the fish of the day with a brandy mushroom cream sauce and the stuffed ravioli with mushrooms and Alfredo. Overall good dinner. You can tell the pasta is made in-house. The gnocchi was really good. The house wine left a bit to be desired. We would eat here again for sure.
