Thank you Liff Sabah for your great hospitality for accommodating our group of 10 at the last minute, your team was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations this is our 4th time to the restraunt. A must try is the beet appetizer, squid, and of course the fresh warm bread with all of the flavorful spreads, i had the salmon and my wife had the shrimp both were outstanding, the rest of the group had lamb and steaks that looked great, dont forget about the after dinner tequila shots. Thanks to Montemar restraunt for a great night.¡Hi! My wife and I we enter to this restaurant without knowing what to expect, but honestly this is one of the best restaurants we ever tried. Third visit to Cancun, third vist to Bovino's. This restaurant is in my Top 5 Best World Restaurant List. Everything is impeccable, immaculate and most importantly delicious. You can tell that the meat servers truly are proud of their product and their service. We never wanted for anything, clean plates kept appearing, management and staff checked on us continuously. But it is the food that is center stage here. Baby Beef, various sausages, Pork Loin, Prime Rib, Beef Tenderloin, Beef Welligton, unbelievably tender, juicy and never overcooked. The salad/seafood bar is incredible. A multitude of seafood salads, seafood dishes, various sushi, marinated veggies, fruit, jamon/cheese is enough to take your taste buds to new levels is giddiness. But my foodie people, being a retired pastry chef, it is the dessert that ended my meal like the Fourth of July fireworks. I'm just going to simply call it the Chocolate Bomb(see picture). A beautiful sphere of dark chocolate filled with creamy vanilla ice cream and mini-meringue cookies sitting on a meringue cookie base. The presenter poured hot Dunce de Leche onto the bomb, thus my sugar world exploded. The coffee and espresso were a great accompaniment to dessert too. High praise for Bovino's and the staff who make this restaurant a joy and a great food experience. Now, how do I get the suckling pig...need to know for next visit...it was a sight to behold. Our party of 16 arrived 2/23 and were given individual attention and the best of service. The manager Carlos, introduced himself and was very cordial, and reappeared from time to time. The food was wonderful and the wine great. I would love to have the seasoning secret of the grilled chicken..amazing. Don't miss the soufflé potatoes and be sure to eat the basket!
