A place for any and everybody. Diffrent to the rest of bacalar. We cook what we like and try to get the best quality for a low cost. It Is simple but good! It took us 11 month to creat our little place and would like to share this with the rest of you. It

The food is good at times (eg the seared tuna my wife had), especially at the low prices being charged. However the service is just shockingly bad. It took 1hr for us to receive our garlic bread starter which was sorely disappointing. Simply adding a lot of butter and oil to something does not make it good. It was also extremely salty. 20mins later my âstarterâ came - which consisted of a salad drenched in mayo. Shortly thereafter came my steak. I ordered a fillet, however clearly the skirt steak was served. After this long a wait I had no inclination to send it back and ate what I could. The most appalling part is that despite me sending back half of my food and the long wait times, at no point did someone ask if everything was ok or even offer an apology. I guess you get what you pay for.

We really enjoyed our brunch here. Lots of mexican food but with a sort of Scandinavian influence? I had the huevos con salsa and got well fed. The price was good and our waitress Eva went the extra mile to make us have a great experience. Try the vegan muffin! Thank you so much for your kind words! Hope to see you again!

Literally across the road from the lagoon, your taste buds are about to be treated!!Their chicken rolls are the best! Apparently Momâs recipe, the creative use of banana is delightful! I enjoyed the poblano with cheese, peppers and of course the chicken - which is the roll! The âsauceâ melts in your mouth and no hot/spicy. Served with a tasty fresh green salad and perfectly cooked rice. While enjoying my meal, I sipped on a pineapple and mango juice. Yum!! They have a fabulous beverage menu. Great music playing, a small pool to jump in and delicious food. Definitely will be back! You gotta eat here!!!

Madre Masa has a small and excellent menu, open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. It is not really Mexican but has a Mexican flavor and has many small and interesting plates. He also has sandwiches on his great bread, salads, beer and wine.The owner, Benjamin, is an excellent cook and also bakes breads, croissants, deserts, etc.Hi Richard, it's amazing you have realized the quality and quantity of products we offer, we value the details of our work, with the sole aim of satisfying the expectations of our guests.We hope to have your presence on another occasion.

I loved the food and ambiance of this place. The vegan and vegetarian dishes are made with love, finess and a sense of good tast & beauty - like the whole emanates this delicious consciousness. The local young couple that runs this place are super friendly and supportive to find the best food option that will tickle you taste buds and let's you relax into the artistic yet homely atmosphere. I can just highly recommended this Rapsosian enclave.
