Hostile, deceitful manager
Reviewed By Forrest LI needed a last minute booking. When i looked on the booking.com map, this place is totally mislabeled. I picked a location within walking distance of restaurants. Instead, we wer stuck on the opposite side of town and never had wifi. It was a nightmare. When i asked to cancel my reservation the manager threatened me with the police.

Terrible Place -Nice People
Reviewed By montanablurTotally disorganized and could not find our reservation. The rooms except for one building are totally dated, we had to move twice. And even the modern room we were moved into had toilet paper stuffed into a crack in the door. They only gave us one key. Coffee was terrible juices were not fresh squeezed.

STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD
Reviewed By GLP8888I had a nice stay in this hotel in march 2019. We spent two night there and the hotel was nice. 5 months later, they randomly charged 100 USD on my credit card without any notice and any reason. I fully paid for my stay there at that time and they have absolutely no reason to charge me. They just kept my credit card information and use it now to steal money, hoping I will not notice. Shame on them. Don't come here, you don't want this to happen to you. There are plenty of other options.

Luxury Villas!

Very comfortable beds for proper sleep, the kitchen was fully equipped, they offer excellent Wi-Fi, the air conditioning worked well, the pool is very clean. I recommend to visit them if you want a luxurious place to stay in Quepos!
