Beware, the food is leaking grease. The coleslaw actually glows! I have had KFC in the States and this cannot compare. The service is adequate, but the food leaves much to be desired.

I am not that please even after they made changes the past year.All other madisons do it better.Salad is small bowl while all others Big bowl.Spinach dip is different - solid hard sauce, server almost cold and dark tastless - very unhappy here.tuna steak was good but sometimes they switch sauce on you - the portion was great.Not my standard madisons and not sure if I want to come back!!!Please change and be the same as others.

even with reservations for our group on Saturday, we didn't have enough servers. We waited over 2 hours for our food. chicken wings served cold to a child. over 30 minutes just to get drinks. For my family, 95$ for a meal that should have cost about 75$ with tips. By the way, when you show up as a group, tips are included in the price. The server didn't know this and didn't inform one of our parents who was not going to leave a good tip but ended up leaving a great tip (tip included plus tip left because he didn't know it was included). The place was clean but the food, not so good. Won't recommend.

Everytime i go to eat breakfast im always happy. I love to eat the pancakes with pears and brie. Its so delicious. The service is very friendly and fast. I think the quality for the price is pretty good !I would go back for sure.We are glad that you appreciated our new pear menu and thank you for all the positive feedback!

We decided to try this restaurant after a morning of shopping. I found the service okay and the meal okay. I found for lunch they were overpriced. I must admit the meal was not memorable for our family. Well want to try this restaurant again .Ive been there 2 before and i like it .....not super but good.That saud ut had just opened so let give it a 3 tried.The burger was great had the Dallas lol great sauce .Drunks a yummy and got to go at happy hour .The service was great once your ready just place the menu on the sid of table.Only - the frys ..need to be more fresh and hot .Ill give it a go back to and when warm eat outside.
