The best ice cream in Dong Hoi by far. Ice cream, specialty drinks, friendly service, reasonable prices, nice views and decorations. Staff friendly and let us try a couple of flavours first. The coconut and mint chocochip is very delicious! You have to come here. Great for every age.

Situated on a road full of beach bars and seafood restaurants along the Nhat Le Beach, Buffalo Beach Bar is in a fantastic location for good eats and a pristine seaside experience.A dusty parking area at the front of the bar leads up to a quaint little brick path that transforms into a beautiful botanical garden space full of water features and flora. Inside, the bar is contemporary in style, with a free pool table and great selection of food and drinks. Tables and chairs inside are situated next to a Koi pond, complete with a gentle rainfall curtain trickling into the water.Head out of the patio doors to find tables, chairs and trees dotted around in the sand. There is also a covered shady area boasting a huge slab of wood as a table for larger groups if needed. Beyond the seating is the beach dreams are made of; miles of pristine, golden sand and a gently sloping shoreline to the sandy bottom surf. The owner, Trinh, clearly has an eye for quality and style, and employs some of the happiest staff Iâve met in Vietnam.
