We have been visiting La Cabana for many years and have never been disappointed.The menu has many interesting dishes to try and they are always full of flavour.We enjoyed a cocktail before dinner from an extensive wine and drinks menu.Darren,Debbie,Matthew and Federico are a great team.Well worth a taxi ride from PDC.Until the next time.Geoff,Kathy and Anna.

Having walked over from Puerto del Carmen we stopped here for a drink and lunch - good sandwiches and salads and indulgent ice cream desserts. Not good for the waistline.......Good service and location as it overlooks the marina and is also close to the ticket office for the water taxis back to Puerto del Carmen.

The flat bread pizza, salad and coffee were just amazing! Fresh and very tasty. Wish I could take the cafe home.. Staff were very nice and very helpful. Stayed for a weeks holiday and tried at least two venues each day but kept return to the Puro Gusto..

..but only because I've had better (and more expensive) steak in Buenos Aires. Fabulous food - you must, must try the empanadas, especially if they're still doing lamb as a special, having tried them in many Latin American countries these were by far the best I've ever had. We went twice and tried 3 different steaks and the lamb cutlets - all fabulous. Impressive selection of Malbecs. Lovely bread, fabulous chimichurri sauce. No clue about the desserts as never got that far.
Lovely service, very friendly staff, would happily have gone again but we ran out of time.

We have just spent two weeks in Puerto Calero and ate here several times. Main dishes are always good , accompanying chips a little uneven. Recommend lamb shoulder, fish and chips. Tequila chicken is OK not as good as previous years.

We eat here today for lunch with our 2 young children, 3.5 and 10 months, the menu was full of choice, we all chose pastas and they where all loverly, even the children’s menu had great choices, reasonably priced and really helpful staff with an amazing setting made this a great place to eat.

This restaurant is on the top deck at Puerto Calero, there were only 5 other people in when went, inside was totally empty. Although obviously Japanese decor was very uninviting and stark inside.
