La Peca is one of best examples of âhaute cuisineâ you can have in nowadays Italy. Everything is sophisticated and top level. First of all, the restaurant, modern and beautifully located in the Veneto countryside: you may enjoy a pleasant view of the Berici Mountains from the large windows. Furniture is pure design, with a tasteful combination of several modern designers, including stylish chairs by Philippe Stark. Food is supreme. Difficult to describe the ever changing menu, which ranges from appetizers to primi piatti and includes with the same taste and creativity both fish and meat. We are at the top of Italian cousine and you see it and you feel it. It is also a visual experience. Nothing to recommend in particular, and all to be recommended: how can you possibly recommend perfection? Just be tempted by the set menu âOre 12â which gives you a flavor of different types of dishes. Wine list is in line with the quality of the food. La Peca is at the top end of the market and does not come cheap. However for the sophisticated traveler with a passion for the haute cuisine it is an experience not to be missed. Simply one of the top restaurants all throughout Italy

Good if you want to try something other than pizza. You don't have to wait long and you can order Italian beer as well. There are plenty of variations available with different ingredients, but the menu is only in Italian, so you may have to rely on the hunch. The staff also didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate. Bring cash - they don't accept cards.

ci siamo stati per un doppio compleanno venerdì sera locale con ampio parcheggio in mezzo alle campagne...cena concordata con risotto e primi piatti molto buoni e grigliata buona... poi al piano superiore musica dal vivo molto gradevole

Staying in Montecchia. This small restaurant has a limited menu but it is SO good! We had bruschetta and a variety of veggie pastas (they had meat items, too) that were delicious and fresh. Desserts are small, wine is pretty local and reasonable. Lots of locals hanging out at the outdoor tables. Would definitely come back here.

Blue Star Pizzeria has the best pizza around, you can sit and eat it there, either inside or outside, or order it and take it home. There is a myriad of choices and they will also personalize your pizza if you want something different. The staff is kind and friendly, it's appropriate for a single person or a family, it has a very nice atmosphere. It's right around the corner from our home and has been there a long time, if you're in Montebello Vicentino, drop in and have a pizza, you won't regret it.

Da Pio is a small restaurant/bar at the top of Agugliana di Montebello Vicentino. They serve traditional Italian dishes, homestyle, tasty and filling. It is available for parties and will cook just about anything you want, and even send you home with the leftovers. Casual dining, limited seating.

Siamo stati qui per un apericena fatta con amici. La lista vini è copiosa e ben assortita. I piatti sono di ottima qualità dai taglieri alle vellutate, dalla carne al pesce. Il servizio buono. Il locale un poâ piccolo e per trovare posto meglio prenotare. Merita una visita.

For a genuine taste of this region of Italy, look no further than La Taverna. The owners put great emphasis on local produce and specialties, including local cheese, wines and a delicious camomile liqueur. As I was dining with my two children, the pizza (amazingly extensive menu) and gelati options were greatly appreciated! Since I was there as a wedding guest it was a special occasion but the food was delicious and the service was very good. I only got a quick look at the wine room but it was stocked with locally produced wines. The house itself was newly renovated and it felt fresh (with 34 degrees in the air the AC was also a hit). Wow, what a beautiful restauarant. Looks like everyone involved here.Can't really fault the food but it did just not life up to expectations. Disco like type music doesn't fit the setting.Very impressive wine list which is a positive!
