Sin ninguna duda la mejor hamburguesa que he comido en mucho tiempo. Las hamburguesas son bastante originales y diferentes a lo que se suele encontrar por ahÃ, y con la posibilidad de elegir entre carne de pollo, buey (vaca vieja), angus y wagyu, con precios distintos evidentemente. Probé la hamburguesa Bogart, que lleva dátiles, nueces y manzana deshidratada, con carne de angus. Sencillamente brutal. Además tienen buena variedad de cervezas para elegir.Un par de cosas que no me gustaron. La primera es que la camarera no nos preguntó por el punto que querÃamos para la carne, y a pesar de que le dije que la querÃa al punto, me la trajo un poco hecha de más. Y la segunda es que el local tiene un evidente problema con la extracción y se llena de humo, lo que por momentos resulta un poco molesto.La atención muy correcta y los precios, dependiendo de la carne elegida, se pueden ir a unos 20-25 ⬠con postre incluido, pero vale totalmente la pena. Seguro que volveré.

We had a date night in Valencia and decided to head off and find beak and trotter after reading the reviews. We had the honey wings and double cheeseburger with fries. Everything was well cooked and tasted delicious. Rob our waiter was just lovely and Ryan the owner came over for a chat later in the evening.As the restaurant had just moved location the menu was limited as they were waiting for new kitchen equipment to be installed but we'll definitely be back in a couple of months to try the ribs. We loved the vibe of the area, away from the tourists and had such a chilled and hip feel just a 10 minute walk from the main central district.
