The food here is delicious, and you dine overlooking the rice fields. I recommend the paella valenciana (with rabbit and chicken), the bread (starter). Everything was delicious though! The service is also great.

Top quality rices, good service and moderate prices for the quality on offer. It is not really cheap, but cheaper (and probably better) than the better known rice restaurant in Cullera (Casa Salvador). The restaurant is by the road linking el Perello and Cullera, in a small farming village. Thankfully it has its own parking, which you can enter some 100 metres down the road in the direction of Cullera, already outside the village. The small side street leads you back to the (back) restaurant entrance. On the day of my visit the restaurant was full of locals eating all types of paellas from the centre of the table (as it is supposed to be done). If you are planning to go for a Sunday (and may be Saturday) lunch, you should book. It is the kind of restaurant that will tend to fill up to the brim for lunch during weekends.

It was my first visit to this restauant for about a year. The quality of the food and service was as good as ever, We had "menu of the day" and I asked the server if everything was included and he said yes.The bill was more than expected and when I queried it, drinks was not,even though the server confirmed it was.Its in the small print on the menu.I would certainly return but will be aware of the "extras" They specialise in eels.You get several starters,main course,dessert and coffee, drinks extra for 16.90

Best relation quality-price in town. The menu is 12⬠(including two starters, a main course of rice and a dessert) the drinks and coffee are not included in the menu. It has a good amount for a menu. I will repeat for sure if coming back to town.

Great place where you can eat paella, anguila or other famous spanish specialities. I spent 27 euro for a starter with anguila, fidegua, a coffee and a bottle of wather. The food was really good.. i'm always very critic but this time i was really satisfacted. Highly raccomanded.

We had paella and wine here, which are excellent as many comments confirm. We had a wonderful and rare experience here which I want to share. After having delicious lunch here we paid with a credit card. First, we offered American express, they did not have it then tried a visa and leave the restaurant with pleasure. The following day we received an email from the owner saying that they overcharged our credit card by accident (the bill was 48â¬, we were charged 84â¬) and he wishes to send us back the amount overcharged to the account number we provide. This was a very gentle, very kind behavior, ethical conduct of business which we appreciate very much, as we would not notice that difference. Thank you very much again Mr. Jose Estevens...

This is a very small typically simple Spanish restaurant. It is simply decorated and certainly not salubrious, however more importantly it was spotless, well furnished and nicely presented.The place seems to be run by a family with only one person serving, however, here's the rub, the service was excellent. The waiter was extremely helpful, and very pleasant.Now to the food. My oh! my. This is food to really savour. The two starters we shared were lovely home made croquets but the cuttlefish in mushrooms and asparagus was simply delicious.We had pre-ordered the seafood paella which you need to do when you book a table, which you MUST. The place is very much a little tourist haven and the owner had to turn people away who had not reserved, so reservation is essential.The paella, had the most wonderful flavour and cooked to perfection.For desert, the home made carrot cake was moist and delicious and the chocolate and orange cheese cake was different and fantastic.Now here's he other rub. For a meal like that with sparking water and two beers, two coffees only came to â¬59.Will I go back, most definitely and the maximum of 5 discs is not enough for Pasqualet. It is already rated the number one in El Palmar and it is certainly going to stay there serving food like it does. Long may it thrive.

You know a restaurant's doing something right when you have to queue for a lunch table on a Wednesday in March.Standard midweek menú del dÃa for â¬11.50 offered extensive but homemade choices for all three courses plus a glass of wine and coffee, all professionally served. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food at Estalvi is INCREDIBLE! I am a vegetarian, and it's so vegetarian friendly, and the food was honestly some of the best I have had, especially in Spain. Combinations so unique and so perfect. I wanted to have my starter salad for desert too, as it was that amazing. A huge thank you to Victor and his wife, who is one talented chef, for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return over and over again, even if we have to drive 35 minutes every time. Wow!

I've traveled all around the world and It's hard to find places where so much care to good quality product and preparation is taken.This place is a little gem not to miss. It's a pleasure for the senses and your body will thank you. It has a small menu that changes constantly. Gerard (the only cook & owner) takes great care to resource the best ingredients depending on the season and availability.
