A normal pub with great choice of the beers, staff were so kind and helpful. the food was so normal. I can accept every criticize; every person may not like the menu, the beers or the pub, but i personally find so offensive saying that the pub or the menu are "so normal". There is a daily searching on the recipes for the platters, the composition of the burgers and for the quality of he ingredients; the same is for the beers.I can understand that many people find that social a game where obtain badges, but the daily work we do is not a game.Have a nice day anyway.

What a rip off. So many nice places in Trieste have fantastic food, in this place it is like a take away. Horrible food. Please stay away,Dear Ariel, ah so, we are a take away? Homemade bread. Homemade pasta. Homemade desserts. Working with 7 fishmarket of the city, and with 5 fisherman of our beautiful sea to ensure every day fresh fish. From 9 years in the Michelin Guide. I believe, indeed, I hope you have the wrong page. However, reviews like this are completely useless, they don't explain anything, they don't tell any information about the restaurant and its service. fantastic place located on the main Muggia's square in front of the dome. you cant get light meal and good selelection of wine and beer at a very good rate.

We enjoyed an excellent fish dinner here. Arriving on a busy Friday night the owners found us a very pleasant table. Starters included sardines, a memorable prawn pasta and scallops. Mains included calamari, an excellent local white fish and another fish expertly deboned at the table. The house white was average but the service was good and the warmth seemed to increase during the evening. Some creme brulee and complimentary dessert wine concluded an enjoyable dinner.

What a wonderful place this is! Fabulous choice of beers including many local ones. The food was gorgeous traditional and locally sourced too. We couldnât have been made to feel anymore welcome. We were helped with the menu as it is quite rightly in Italian and given advice on our choice of beer. We only hope that we manage to squeeze in another visit before our city break ends. Thank you

Restaurant doesnât work! Why TripAdvisor write information itâs working, but it doesnât ! Itâs difficult to finds it and weâve tired. Correct the information about the place. I'm abstemious and penurious with the "circles" I give out in reviews. Unfortunately, a 3-circle review on Trip Advisor brings the average down; 5-circle reviews occur too frequently and result in "grade inflation." This is a very, very good 3-circle restaurant that I rate 4-circles here because of the way people use the system.The meats (veal and steak) are very good and the restaurant goes out of its way to note that the viands come from famed provisioner Dario Cecchini way down in Tuscany! A diner should feel good about a restaurant that goes out if its way to procure quality products.The service was prompt and attentive. The ambiance is not luxurious but quite comfortable. The restaurant is about a 10 - 11 ⬠cab ride from center city.

If visiting this place don't pass the opportunity to try the famous black pizza. It's very interesting to the eye and your taste buds. It has a specific fine taste that you will definitely like. Their menu offer is huge and you'll have problems deciding what to offer. But there's the staff to help you choose. Ask for their recommendation. We will definitely get back on our next visit to the coast.

The most inviting aspect of this restaurant is its location, sitting directly on the waterfront, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The joy though ends there unfortunately as the fresh fish prices, which you aren't told at the time of ordering, are ridiculous for what you receive. Almost 100 euros for an average size sea bass plus the sides are an additional cost and the thing is it's not at all that special, no fancy labour intensive sauce comes out of the kitchen just the fish and not much of that either. The chefs name was proudly displayed on a board outside but why I don't know as no tatent to be proud of was displayed here. I left the restaurant feeling I'd hugely overpayed for what was distinctly average food and I definitely won't be back.

We had a family lunch here in January 2019 and to be honest it was great. We waited a little bit longer than I expected but when the appetizers arrived the things were improved. All the food was very good, the meat was cooked perfectly and the price was very low.
