I had a risotto with pine flavor, which really did taste like that, and a bone ham (stinco di maiale) -- very tender and an enormous portion. All dishes were elegantly and creatively presented. Service was quick, perhaps even too quick, prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed being out of the town center, although the location next to a camping is not particularly attractive.

We had to come back after our first visit. The pizza was simply too good. I'm sure other dishes here are good as well, but the pizza simply tops any other I have tried in the whole area.Where most of the other places serve rather anonymous pizzas, the pizza here actually tastes of something.On sunny days there is a terrace with a fantastic view. If the weather does not permit enjoying the sun on the terrace, the indoors are quite nice as well.If you are in the Ciampac area you are most likely passing here anyway, so why not treat yourself?

We had grilled fish, which was very well prepared and elegantly served. The waiter offered to carve the fish for us, which we did not need, but appreciated. The service was rapid, even a bit rushed. Perhaps they planned on seating other guests after us. The dessert, tiramisù with mille-feuille, was a grandiose conclusion.

This is a great place to stop for lunch or a hot chocolate. The selection of food is good and averagely priced for the area. There is a great deck at the back to enjoy a prosecco and watch the passing skiers. Ideal rendezvous point for a crowd.

We had the sliced grilled meat with a bunch of meat and not too many vegetables (a small handful of fried potatoes). The meat was beautifully prepared, but needed a bit seasoning. Also, we had a local redwine recommended by the friendly waiter, which was very nice.

Was recommended to try pizza there as it is considered the best place for it. And yes, it was really worth visiting. No problem with finding a table, the waiters extremely friendly and nice, the atmosphere is beautiful, splended decorations. The pizza was really delicious. And the prices were pleasant. So I liked everything there and can definitely recomend the place

The restaurant is located close to the one of most popular ski cross roads in the area.It offers different options for different needs - regular restaurant, self service one and apre ski bar with live music.We took the self service options and enjoyed spaghetti, lasagne and roasted coated cheese. Drinks were not that good especially muled wineStrangely it was quite difficult to find anyone speaking in English, German assured proper completion of an order

We like to eat dinner here were we come to Canazei. The food is unpretentious and very good, and the place has just some very nice vibes. However, getting a place entails a full-evening project. The osteria does not take reservations, and in high season waiting time ranges between 30 min and more than 1h. The owners sign up people in a waiting list, and everything works our in a quite orderly and friendly manner. And there is the possibility to have a drink while waiting. Two dinners, 11 and 6 people. Service is excellent. Food is delicious and balanced. Pizza is remarkable (Tobia and Gourmet). Pasta we took was so nice that we didnât feel overloaded;-)Meat and fish- superb. Desert - tasty and light. Will I return?Yes. And i did return.

A very nice decorated Refugio just down the Col Rodella slope . Sitting in and out . Few rooms . Pizzas are excellent, good beer, great tiramisu. Service not friendly at all . Waiters dressed in typical Tirol outfit . No WiFi. Canât compete with the pizza and kaiserschmarnn ( desert ) at the Rifugio Salei . Prices not cheap.
