Stopped at this restaurant on our drive from Madrid down to the Granada area. The restaurant has a typical Spanish oven for meat preparation...... we all selected various pork, lamb chops and beef dishes...... all were very good . We sat in the nicer dining room area .Good stop!

We ate a variety of the typical "raciones" like Spanish omelet, morcilla and it looked good to the eye but the flavour was not as good. It works well for a quick bar stop when driving.Thanks

Nous avons été ravis par ce restaurant. Ambiance très familiale en ce jour férié du 15 août. Les menus complets (entrée + plat + dessert + vin ou eau) vont de 15 à 27 euros. Le service est efficace, avec le sourire. Le restaurant ne paie pas de mine vue de l'extérieur mais la salle à l'intérieur et la terrasse sont grandes et agréables.

The service let the meal down. Three dishes were ordered that should have come to the table at the one time. Ordering a vegetarian meal was made difficult.Waitress was having a non-smiling day taking no interest in the few customers in the resturant. Shame.....the vegetables were beautifully cooked, the bread crusty, beer cold.

Restauranten ligger lige ned til Ebre floden og man kan gå helt ned til flodkanten, hvor ebrefloden bruser.Der var en del lokale gæster denne søndag eftermiddag hvor vi fik dagens menu.Først fik vi en ret jævn grøn salat og en portion stegte grønsager, der var meget kedelig.Dernæst fik vi grillstegt laks, som blev serveret uden at være gennemstegt. Tjeneren tog laksen med tilbage i køkkenet og vi fik den retur i en helt tør udgave efter der var gået en del ventetid.Til dessert créma catalana som var iskold og virkede færdigkøbt.Menuen kostede 10 EUR, hvilket ikke er dyrt, med det kan du få rigtig god spansk mad for, hvis det er en restaurant, der gider at kæle for gæsterne og tilberedningen af maden.

Si quieres desayunar los mejores churros y porras de Mora no dejes de visitarles y disfrutarás de tu desayuno. Buenas tapas y raciones si quieres ir de picoteo.Vale la pena pasar por Bar Caralegre. Trato agradable.

Simple, family style food filled with love. Cocido was amazing, it is a traditional Manchego lunch which is like a kind of stew. A broth with fine noodles is served at first (bottomless), then vegetables and chickpeas, then, finally the selection of meats (beef, pork, ham, morcilla, chorizo, bone marrow....).. Everything is cooked in the delicious broth and you can mix and match all the elements together on your own plate, to your liking. We accompanied the Cocido with a local wine and as a side gazpacho. Also we tasted the traditional Mojete, it is bread with amazing cornicabra olive oil from Mora and paprika powder. ;-)Make sure you arrive hungry and allow plenty of time to enjoy the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, made it feels like home!Would recommend if you want to eat like a local :)

Wow! If you are passing by Mora, you need to stop by here and try this place!!! It's a fine dining restaurant with amazing dishes!!! We didn't expect much because it was lunch time on a Friday, but it was amazing! We had a potato dish with eggs and foie, then a goat cheese salad and the dear steak and all 3 were delicious! No English menu and the communication was difficult, but the waiter was helpful and we had a amazing meal!
