I have had the fortune of dining in some of the finest restaurants around the world. This included the French Laundry in Yountville, Le Bernadin in New York City, The Steirereck in Vienna, and many more. Tonight's meal was on par with any of them. Claudio Melis cuisine is innovative, yet accessible, with perfectly sized portions and the eye appeal that only true artists can provide. Service was impeccable and warm, the wine paired to absolute perfection. I was planning on trying another restaurant in Bolzano tomorrow night, but I have changed my mind. Chef's specials change weekly. It's not the same old German/Austrian/Italian fare, but a little fusion of all. Definitely served with old world charm. In season, reservations may be a good idea, and if you are staying at the hotel, be sure to let them know that you'd like a table for dinner.

My husband and I had a delightful meal outside on the patio. We started with Salami, cheese and bread. Delicious entrees included Salmon with Stir fried vegetables (yum), and Beef Ravioli. Menu has quite a variety of choices. Excellent wine accompanied our meal. A pleasant place to sit, relax with good food and wine, and people watch! Pleasant and attentive wait staff.

Great experience.Food is just excellent, wine list is way beyond your imagination.Price is incredibly fair.I donât see how someone can complain because doesnât receive chips at 20:30 when you suppose to have dinner.Unfortunately we are surrounded by customers that should go to Macdonald and leave gastronomy to someone else.When you work in the business you can spot idiot customers from a review.If you want to have a great experience in Bolzano and really enjoy your time with an extensive and extraordinary wine list, this is definitely the place to be.The staff is super professional, knowledgeable, very kind and all of them knows what to do.If you miss this restaurant you really miss something.Thank you very much for the amazing dinner.

A beautiful new setting, both the internal spaces and the terrace overlooking the skyline, welcomes the guests. The architect did a perfect job. The management and the people understand how to provide a good service, adapting their approach to each table. The menu is a short one, as I expect in a quality restaurant, and mostly based on local products. Price to quality is competitive. they say "returnig on the crime scene" and we did it.we were here last year and ate wonderful pastas, this time we found this new initiative "smart noodles" that's interesting, with ready sauces but their excellent pasta, which arrives on the table in few minutes.always very good wines and low prices.

Located as part of the Hotel Berghang, we had a little trouble navigating the hairpin bends to the top, and then finding the actual restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting us.This small restaurant perched on a mountainside, was a gourmet delight and very deserving of its Michelin Star. Starkly modern decor in contrast to the usual South Tyrolian decor made a nice change. The presentation and serving of the food was imaginative and everything from start to finish was creative and delicious. Service was attentive and relaxed. At the end of service chef Gregor came and chatted to each table. A screen in the dining room allowed you to observe the kitchen, which was a novel touch. I would rate it amongst one of the best meals we have had!

Have visit Adler twice during our ski holiday, both time had pizza, althrough they have a nice menu with other dishes aswell.Could see a lot of local people eating here. Very traditional mix italian austrian alpine style with kind staff, they all speak italian, deutsch and english.If you visit Nova Ponentne, go for Adler!
