We came for lunch to this restaurant close to Bozenâs cathedral. A nice interior with an interesting ceiling. We found a table outside in the sun âï¸ Service was friendly and attentive. in questo ristorante abbiamo mangiato spesso,poteva andare..ci siamo stati in compagnia a ferragosto..abbiamo fatto una pessima figura..ci hanno messo in una saletta in fondo al ristorante, ho chiesto di cambiare ,mi è stato detto che era tuttto riservato...cosa non vera.Ordiniamo involtini ravioli alle verdure, sspiedino di gamberi ,gamberi con le verdure ,4 spaghetti di riso, con molta calma arrivano gli involtini,poi i ravioli alquanto appiccicosi, sempre con calma i gamberetti..io mi sto arrabbiando e chiedo perché non ci portano gli spaghetti,la ragazza mi dice prima gli antipasti..ma i gamberi sono secondi''negli altri tavoli arrivano spaghetti...mi arrabbbio e mi dicono che hanno sbagliato l' ordine..arrivano gli spaghetti alla piastra dovrebbero essere un po' croccanti ,ma questi erano duri da quanto tempo erano li??? NON CI HANNO NEANCHE SCALATO IL CAFFè PER L'INCONVENIENTE..mai piu'

What a surprise to come across this incredible sushi restaurant in the most unlikely city of Bolzano. Honestly, being sushi addicts and consuming in many places at least 2-3 times a week, finding Zushi was amazing from first impression to the very last moment, style, decor, ambiance, music, service, presentation and food quality was all impressive and outstanding. I would recommend Zushi to be the best sushi restaurant you will experience across many cities across the globe Every aspect should impress you thoroughly and Andrea the server was incredibly attentive, and committed to deliver exceptional service and experience. Truly a wonderful evening. Well done Zushi team.

We ordered for takeout one wednesday night. Place sits on a square in "downtown" Bolzano.Although we did not use it, the very small place has a cute window to be served "curbside".Menu is standard fare, as you would expect fro a chinese run sushi place. Foor quality was not great, fish freshness uneven (one roll out of five was smelly), rice not perfect.
