The Hagneralm is one of the best walks from Nova Levante walking straight out of the village through the woods into the mountains. It's a steep walk but the treat is great when reaching Hagneralm enjoying their homemade fresh milk, cheese, great bread and the most beautiful views on the meadows and mountains.

They just didn't seem to make any effort here. Maybe because there aren't many other restaurants in the area, which means they have little to no competition. We were not impressed and would not recommend this place.

3. Tschamin Schwaige

Il Tschamin è il torrente che corre lungo la lunga valle del Tschamin o Ciamin, al termine della quale si arriva al bel rifugio Bergamo. La baita Tschamin Schwaige si raggiunge anche in auto parcheggiando a Lavina bianca (Weisslahnbad), a pochi chilometri da Tires, dopo aver lasciato la strada principale per imboccare quella a lato della chiesetta di San Cipriano. Dunque per un pranzo o una merenda in questa baita non è necessario fare chilometri a piedi, ma è molto gradevole raggiungerla a piedi lungo il sentiero da Tires in direzione Weisslahnbad, dapprima lungo S. Giorgio di sopra e poi su un vero sentiero oppure al ritorno da una gita nella valle del Ciamin. La specialità della casa è la trota del torrente, con patate arrosto (meglio nel versione alla griglia o al forno piuttosto che in quella con crema). ottimo anche lo strudel e la torta saracena. La gestione è famiiare, senza pretese come conviene nelle baite di montagna.
