In Prato, Tuscany, history has always booked a spot where to set headquarters of long away cultures and powers. As you find Friedrich II fortress or greek cross plan in Giuliano da San Galloâs Chiesa delle Carceri, nowadays you can experience the most densely inhabited Chinese community in Europe, around the street Via Pistoiese. Here, you can experience Chinese life, in Chinese stores and shops of all kind, and restaurants of all kind, from the underground working class places throughout international Chinese kitchen. On the top range, youâll find Summer Place, where you eat Chinese as if youâre in a good restaurant in Beijing.Sechuan cuisine (ah, Bertolt Brecht!) unforgettable hot pot, fresh everything and must-try liquors. Expensive as it goes. Worst a visit in Prato for its Chinatowns too!

SIAMO CHIUSI CAUSA VIAGGIO DI AGGIORNAMENTO. CI RIVEDIAMO VENERDì 31 AGOSTO! BUONE VACANZE A TUTTI, Team Koto Ramen
We had to go to Firenze in the past if we crave ramen since all Japanese restaurant around Prato are 'Sushi' restaurants. The place is brand new. Modern and it looks like ones in Japan. There is quite a line but we booked before hand. Ramen was great. It wasn't 100% exactly the same as authentic Japanese ramen, but they got at least 80% right and I am very fine about it. Kara-age (fried chicken) is not to be missed. Ramen was great and the 'matcha misu' was delicious! The dessert paired well with the plum liquor, try it! Service is nice and rather quick. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Price is acceptable. Place looks clean. Will be definitely going back.
