Simplemente correcto. Menú de mediodÃa a 12 eur. Platos bastante escasos. Teniendo en cuenta el precio de los menús de mediodÃa y noche en Galicia , me parece simplemente correcto. Normal.Cortado minúsculo. Como si estuvieras en italia.

En una nueva visita, tras dos o tres años, da la impresión de que no acaba de encontrar el buen camino, aunque sigue siendo una referencia en la zona. Dice Juan Carlos, el regente, que el verano es su peor época, que lo suyo son las comidas de gentes que se desplazan desde la capital en los meses crudos. Por lo general, en busca del gran cocido que es la especialidad. Seguro que es asÃ. Pero tal vez no serÃa difÃcil prestar también algo más de atención al viajero estacional, o incluso al turista, en época de vacaciones. Sobre todo, si se tiene en cuenta que la zona no abunda en sitios donde comer bien a buen precio.Dicho esto, debo también anotar que el lugar cumplió sobradamente el objetivo que al llegar a él nos marcábamos, después de un dÃa de excesos gastronómicos por causa de una boda. El sabroso caldo gallego y el sencillo plato de lacón fueron más que suficientes para cubrir nuestras necesidades en la hora meridiana. Y en ambos casos eran platos dignos. A igual que el café. Mientras permanezca abierto, seguiremos viniendo.

No está malo, pero tampoco es la octava maravilla. Lo mejor, las croquetas de carrillera, muy logradas. Sin embargo, el pollo teriyaki es pretencioso, bastante incómodo de comer y salsa parece de bote. No se merece el puesto que tiene.Gracias por sus comentarios, Oscar R. Siempre agradecemos que los clientes sean francos al dejar una opinión. Me alegro mucho de que te hayan gustado las croquetas. En cuanto al pollo tereyaki, es un plato muy peculiar, un plato con una presentación muy diferente y es para comer como si estuviera en casa. Lo que no me parece racional es juzgar nuestra posición, cuando me juzgas por un plato. Hay toda una carta por probar, menú de degustación que cambia cada 15 dÃas e incluso las sugerencias de nuestra chef.Por supuesto que tenemos muchÃsimo por mejorar, somos conscientes de ello y lo intentamos dÃa tras dia. We sat outside on the terrace, the food was delicious and good value. We had the 4 cheese sandwiches and the plate of the day, veal, as well as their competition pincho. Ourense has a pincho competition twice a year. The food was tasty and the pincho especially innovative and clever. Service was friendly and efficient except for the fact they miscalculated the bill resulting in a significant overcharge. Once I pointed this out to them they quickly corrected it.

Restaurant is clean and has a Asian vibe . Beware! it is self service ( you have to set your table plates , glasses, cutlery etc )not what I expected fortunately food is served to your table though.The sushi is average if you've never eaten sushi in Japan , china or in a proper sushi restaurant you won't know the difference and will probably like it. The only positive I have is that it is fresh and the home made soy sauce is delicious. The second plate we had was a smoky grilled meat and a seafood soup with rice both were very well presented and tasted nice. Finally we had desert vanilla ice cream with a caramel foam which was ok and a honey based cream not my favourite .Service was ok nothing spectacular but acceptable . I wouldn't rate this as my most favourite meal ever but it was ok for the price the bill was 45 euros which isn't bad value .

This restaurant has several rooms, each with its own character, all are charming. The food is creative, well prepared, and beautifully presented. We had Ventresca de Bonito and Burrata as salads, with Salmon toasts and little potatoes with a spicy sauce, apparently inspired by the Canary Islands. Service was efficient. My only complaint, which happens too frequently in Spain, was that my glass of wine was flat, probably from being opened the previous day and not properly preserved overnight.

Fuimos un dÃa de lluvia y creo que con sol este sitio tiene que lucir mucho más.Pedimos champiñones rellenos (están súper ricos), setas a la cazuela y pimientos asados. De postre el flan de queso, muy bueno también. No ponemos un excelente porque en las mesas de al lado estaban comiendo carne a la plancha (hecha en planchas pequeñas en las propias mesas) y salimos completamente ahumados (a pesar de que tenÃan extractores).
